The Shrimp Factory was wonderful, but the best part was Kimberly (The Bartender). She was awesome! Her suggestions were spot on. She also provided a sample of the Peach Sangria when my wife was trying to decide if she would like it.

Four of us stopped in for appetizers and we sat at the bar. Kimberly was our bartender/server. She steered us towards wonderful appetizers and cocktails. We had fried green tomatoes, hush puppies, and firecracker shrimp. Everything was piping hot and delicious. Kimberly explained that the peach sangria would not be too peachy. She was correct! We definitely want to go back. Thank you Kimberly for your help.

Saved this place for our last night in Savannah. Wish it was our first choice. Food was amazing. Our server was amazing. Her name was Tillman. She really was awesome. Glad to see there are some of this younger generation that take pride in their job. The fried shrimp was some of the best we have ever had. This is a must go to place if you are on the river in Savannah.
We came here with a group of 5. We did have a small wait but once we were seated the waiter was attentive but didn't rush us. The food was very good, I had the shrimp burger and recommend it. They also have a great peach cobbler!
Came in for lunch. Had the Blackened Mahi and Shrimp Po’Boy sandwiches. Both were excellent and had great flavor. Service was very good and friendly. The garlic buttered broccoli was wonderful!

We arrived to the bar area, it was total mess. Not cleaned up from people that already left. Sat at the bar for a long time. Bartender there but not paying attention, finally got our order, food took forever and some was cold and not good. Will never go back again.

Good luck with the service! It flat out sucks! The bartender was really nice and did his best to help because we elected to sit in that area. Our table was not bused for 40 mins and there had to be 10+ people working and walking around. It was one of those “that’s not my area, I’m not helping out” situations… which means, this kinda atmosphere starts at the top. Management issues! You can clearly see this in how the workers were struggling and stressed out about others not helping. Food was ok
