The food is delicious and always hot and fresh, but the service is extremely slow, and the front cashier doesn't really seem like she wants to take your order. If you have time to wait on a delicious burger, then it'll be worth the wait, but if you're in a rush, then you might get frustrated by how slow the guy cooking your burger moves.

I stood (in front of the register) for way too long before having my order taken for one single cheeseburger and one small fry. There was no line, it was NOT busy. There is no tap to pay, no chip reader, and no swipe function apparently so my card information had to be entered manually along with my zip code?? And then I was charged for a drink I didn't ask for. Whatever, it's cool, I just want to get my food and go, so I said nothing. My burger sat on the line fully assembled but unwrapped for awhile before it was bagged, while I watched the crew prep for an order that came well AFTER mine. If you are on limited time, eat elsewhere. Service everywhere sucks nowadays, I get it, but get rid of the screen asking for a tip. The prices are already high enough.

Worst restaurant I have ever been in. Placed a order for one burger and one fry. Got it ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES LATER. There was a young man sitting waiting when I arrived, he got his at the same time I did. He waited an hour and thirty minutes. No apologies, no thank you, nothing. Dining room full of customers, no one had food, we all waited and waited.My burger dry and tye fries cold. Waste of money and time.

Fantastic place, highly recommended the Buffalo chicken burger or the impossible burger.
Dirty. Was greeted by staff but then became invisible. They were more concerned with going outside and talking to their friends. A child kept running behind the counter to talk to a woman who might have been their mother. After 10 mins of waiting to put my order in, I drove down to Culver’s 2 blocks away. Completely different from when I last came here. I do not recommend this location.

Come into establishment! I go to register to order! Not greeted even after standing there for about 2 mins! Only one employee there! He is standing in the corner shoving his face with a burger! I asked if someone is going to take my order, he said in a few mins! This place was absolutely disgusting, especially the cooking area! This was about 2 pm. My first time coming to this place. I will never go to a Wayback Burger Restaurant again.
