Service was pathetic. Absolute joke. Had to ask 3 times for our drinks, all servers on their phones outside.

*UPDATE 12/19/22 PERMANENTLY CLOSED*Good location for a quick bite to eat when walking around downtown. The menu looked awesome. Lost to choose from. I was really excited but a bit disappointed in the food. Service was great, waitresses were very attentive. Outdoor or indoor seating available for your preference. It's worth checking it out and making your own decision. Personally I probably won't return but it's not a bad place by any means.

I stopped here for lunch. Had a couple beers with a 6 piece wing covered in their "Gold Rush" sauce, with a side of ranch.. Gold Rush is a honey bar b que sauce with a kick..not much of a kick, but it is good. Also had some spinach dip and chips. The meal was pretty good, and the weather was perfect so I sat in outdoor eating area they have.

We were a party of 17. After waiting forever for the server to take our orders one of the kids never got his drink. We had to ask for the drink 3 different times. Our food took FOREVER to come out. All while the staff was in the back just talking and having themselves a good ol time. Looked like they were hanging out at one of the table where a friend was hanging out. Once our food started coming out we thought things would be fine until one of our kids didn't get their food for a long time after everyone else was probably half way through their meals. Sad thing is he only had a wrap and fries. Not a fancy special order at all. While the food was good I cannot give a higher rating due to the service we received. Let's face it I know we are in a time where people don't want to work but if you are at work PLEASE do your job. It was not busy AT ALL when we were in there. Also let's keep in mind that the state Beta convention was in town this week and service like this doesn't look good in the eyes of these young men and women that are the future of our country. We are to set an example for the youth. Beta members know what service to the community is supposed to look like and let's just say this experience tonight wasn't it.

Pains me to give a bad review to one of my favorite chain restaurants. I have been faithfully eating at WWC since the early 90's. First, we wondered why the restaurant wasn't "happening" like the rest of the area. Only two couples on the patio and sporadic tables filled and only one person in the bar. But, we wanted some Rajun Cajun Wings and Hot Shots ! Walked to the hostess stand and stood for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us. Another couple in front of us grew frustrated and walked out. After still not being acknowledged, we walked out ... truly disappointed. This baffles me on so many levels because we have never been treated like this, especially thru Covid when everyone is fighting for business and good employees. We ended at B&D Burgers and had A BLAST !!

As a local, this used to be the place to go. I know the pandemic hurt business and it’s never recovered. We had a poor experience a few months ago but figured it was a fluke time.Went with my family for a late lunch around 3, knowing it wouldn’t be busy with it being cold. Sprite was flat, asked for a water and she forgot. Ordered food that was new on the menu and reminded her about the water and a coke refill. Came back 5 minutes later with no drinks to tell me they were out of the new menu item. Ordered new item and reminded about the water and coke. Waited 15 minutes and decided to just go to the bar to get my own water and coke. Food eventually came after 25 minutes but of course forgot the mozzarella sticks and set of fries. Told the server and also asked for napkins. Waited 5 minutes and went to bar to get napkins myself. Everyone ate the food and we reminded her again about the mozzarella sticks and fries. We got those 10 minutes after everyone finished eating and got our checks. We love Wild Wing Cafe but it’s best if we just stick to the one in Pooler. We gave it a try again after the first poor experience but I guess it wasn’t a fluke.

We visited for dinner since my daughter likes wings. We checked in with the hostess and she said it would be a few minutes but didn’t take our name. A few other people came in and we realized that we may not get a table since we didn’t have our name on the list (and there were at least 3-4 different girls working as hostess it appeared). I went back to the stand and talked to another hostess. She seated us and then we waited quite a while for a server. Finally the server came over - she must have been new as she didn’t know the kind of beer I wanted (IPA - which is a pretty common kind of beer) so she went to check. When she came back she confirmed that they have IPA but she didn’t know any of the names. I told her to pick one. She brought it back about 3/4 of the way full and still couldn’t tell me what kind of beer I was drinking. It took a while for the rest of the group to get water as they had to get more ice. The food came out pretty quickly and was okay. I ordered the Buffalo shrimp which tasted fine - it was spicy which I like, but the shrimp were small. There were about 10 shrimp and it was just over $10. It was a poor value for the money - definitely won’t order that again. The other meals were fine - everyone else ordered chicken. My daughter’s wings were dry and over cooked and she ended up eating my husband’s chicken strips. On top of this, the women’s bathroom was not well maintained. The handicapped stall was unusable as someone put a ton of toilet paper in the toilet. The other stalls had no toilet paper in the dispenser. The faucet was difficult to turn off as the handles were broken. It was not a pleasant experience and didn’t make me feel good about eating there. I didn’t see a manager on premises, but they need one for sure. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant. It is not well maintained and the staff need a lot more training.

The food was the only good thing about this place the service was the worst , it took thirty minutes for my table to get there drinks , and everyone server has a attitude problem witch really brings down the demeanor of the place would not come again

My son ate some of their wings and we noticed that the interior meat was not fully cooked. 4 hours later we are sitting in the emergency room due to food poisoning without him having ingested anything in the time gap between. Avoid this place!!!

If I had to give a star it would be 0 but unfortunately I can't. Have lived in Savannah at least 5 years and every time I come here it's terrible. Sit down for 15 mins and don't ever get seen. Risk not worth it.. not even a bit.

I will assume it was a bad night (10/15/2022)….My son and I were a little pressed for time so we chose Wild Wing Cafe as a place for a dinner so we could avoid the wait that most of the restaurants had. We arrived at 8:48 on a Saturday. It was not incredibly busy. Seating was acceptable a table was cleaned off for us. Many patrons exited as we were sat. 20 minutes later we had someone take our drink order. After another 15 minutes our food order was taken. We are now 35 minutes in and finally we receive a drink. We received part of our food at the 1 hour mark and the last entree at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark. After a while we stopped waiting on our drink orders to be refilled. The food was passable but not great but the service this evening was incredibly slow with not acknowledgement or explanation. I’ll not chose this WWC again!Thomas

Waited oan hour for our food, there was only one other table occupied when we arrived. Watched a table who sat down after we ordered get their food and finish eating before we were served. Food came out cold and incorrect. No utensils.

Im only giving one to do the review otherwise itd be 0! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Walked in hostess was at a table on her cell phone. We asked if we sit where want, she seemed as if it was a bother to seat us. Decided on a bar seat. Manager (who was dressed in a hoodie) seemed as if he was trying to give off a thug mentality. A "new" bartender was very nonchalant in taking our orders. Food came out and was atrocious. After hearing the Manager's personal calls and video chats all night we closed out our tab. Bartender says $62 without giving an itemized receipt. He added another patron's meal onto our bill. Definitely will not return

We went for lunch yesterday at the recommendation of the tourist information representative in City Market. The outdoor seating area was dirty…that should have been the first indication…but we were willing to give it a try, because sometimes the places with the worst atmosphere have really great food. NOT THIS TIME!! The table was wobbly, none of the food met the menu description - the chicken sandwich was tough, dry and stringy. Not the best impression for the first meal we ate in Savannah.
