DO NOT GO HERE! This is the saddest Zaxbys ever :( It’s drive-thru only. The employees have locked the doors to go inside the building and they’ll “get to you when they feel like it.” There is a long line of cars and poor door dashers standing outside waiting for any type of assistance. All of my food was dry and overcooked. If you’re looking for that tender, juicy chicken Zaxbys normally provides, you won’t get that here. It’s not worth the 30 min wait to get rude service. Just go elsewhere.Zaxbys (the company) would benefit more from closing this location down in order to save their reputation. Best of luck.

Disappointed in the Asian Zalat. If it is called Asian Zalat serve it with the glaze. I came home and no sauce, the eggroll was burned. Neatly to say I live 9 miles away and didn't want to go back. Pretty sad. Won't order again.

Combos don’t come with toast anymore? How many stars for just being confused?
I sat in the drive thru for 45 min and I had to circle around b/c its 1 way in/ out. They were playing laughing h talking and I asked to speak to a manager. Jasmine is her name the Asst.mgr. she blamed it on her new worker who have my did to the wrong customer but yet she didn't know I was pulled up waiting on my food. Never tried to get the food tray or anything. Didn't seem to care at all. I will not be coming back here. I'll go across town to get customer service before I let someone take my money and treat me bad. Don't go to this restaurant. It smells sour when I walked in anyways I got a refund.

I would like to preface this by saying I worked at Zaxbys my freshman year of college. I worked every station EXCEPT cashier.I’m a forgiving person, I understand the workforce is not in a great place right now. But this place is consistently inconsistent. I order extra sauces? Who knows if they’ll be in the bag? Wing sauce? Depends on how the staff is feeling I guess. I’m convinced these people actually try to do a bad job. There is a select amount of times that my order has been correct - and when that happens then you have to jump the quality of the food hurdle.Bad attitudes - Bad service - Okay food. Will probably still eat there because it’s Zaxbys - and even when you try to mess up the tinders they’re still good.
