There was a very long line, but it moved fairly quick. As they always say, this isn't fast food so the drive thru line doesn't move as quickly as it does at fast food restaurants. Our food was delicious, as always. It was hot & our order was correct - that is always important. Our server was polite & very friendly. Those things are important to customers. All in all - Zaxby's never disappoints.

I placed an order online 30 minutes before I arrived and waited another 30 minutes after I arrived. I am totally disgusted with the wait. I don't even know what the food is going to taste like. It as if it makes no sense to order online because when you arrive you will wait just as long. This sucks.

Food was good and hot. Fries were especially good and seasoned just right. Service was also good. Chicken fingers were very tasty, as well as fresh and hot and seasoned just right. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. We enjoyed our meal and the overall experience.

let’s just say it’s mad annoying to be waiting at the drive through for a good 15 mins and then pull to the window just to back up and pull into a parking area to wait for over 20 mins for a large fry, and a drink. Most of the time the women in the drive through are mad rude. The fry’s don’t have season on them, or they give you like 5 fries in the large fry. I like Zaxby’s but this one here always makes me not want to eat Zaxby’s anymore. What is the damn deal with having everybody park and not getting no food out.

Love Zaxbys. This might be the worst location. Completely incompetent employees that will always mess up your takeout order. Eat in so you can fix what they mess up.
The food was fine this time but I rarely come here because they always mess up my order. Over the 15 years I've lived here it has been an on going joke with my family and coworkers about this zaxbys. The other thing is that they charge you per sauce. Ordered a sandwhich and not even one sauce. They want 25 cents per sauce. Not even 1 come with the sandwhich. Stingy stingy stingy. I used a chick-fil-a sauce I had leftover from the other day. Sad you have to charge people for 1 packet of sauce. Only place I know that does this. I'm sure you will and have lost many a customer over this practice.
