Went to eat lunch today, sign said short staffed no seating.5 or 6 people basically doing nothing, all booths empty. We left .Here is an idea for management . Instead of paying people you do have to do nothing, and losing business , have a person or two wipe the tables. We won't be back until they get their act together. Someone is losing money.. Good food! No service.

Thanks to chipotles being closed for whatever reason, I went down to Zoe’s for the first time, and it is absolutely delicious, I had the chicken pita with grilled potato salad and a slice of chocolate cake that was so moist. It was from heaven and I can’t wait to go back.‼️

Pretty good Mediterranean/Greek style fast food. I had the spicy chicken kebab with roasted vegetables and a Greek salad and really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be returning.

Amazing fast fresh place to eat. Great service. Wish I could tip them with my card though :(

This place has been going down hill for the last few years. It’s a shame, because it used to be really good. There is an obvious lack of care of what comes out of the kitchen. Someone is going to get sick one of these days. Cold chicken on my salad today and the pesto hummus was inedible. It was filled with full stems and strands throughout which I assume come from attempting to purée the stems. I think this might have been my last visit ? I truly used to love their Greek salad but it’s not worth it anymore.

Ordered food online and was excited about it, came really cold, the drink tasted weird and to top it off, hairs in my food. Will never eat there again and do not recommend any go there to eat.

This location was awesome today...everyone from store manager Letty to the staff!!! I had a situation to where an office I was doing a lunch and the original vendor dropped the ball. The office wanted Zoes at the last minute. I contacted Letty and she said they could make it happen and that I would be able to pick it up at noon. I am well pleased with the service today and the food was amazing as well!!!

Food is always great here. On recent visit, they advised have a 30 minute wait on food. Women's restroom was flooded with water.

My favorite go-to for healthy options. Salmon kabobs and the grilled potato salad are always on point. I dined in instead of takeout and staffer, Lettie (sp?) went above and beyond in customer service. Thanks!

Welcome Zoes to my first unhappy review. My grandson and I went to Zoes today for lunch take out. I had the hummus trio with falafel and ordered shrimp skewers as a side. When we got home, the skewers were missing. I called the restaurant and complained. I was passed to a lady, probably a manager, who implied that I had gotten the order and was trying to fraud them out of a second one. When I pointed out I live on the far west side of Savannah and they are on the far east side, she asked if I would like them at a later time. Really? I go to the east side once every six months for my cancer follow up appointments. I was so insulted I actually got angry and just hung up. (Shame on me.) If you go there, be sure to ensure your order is complete before you leave. The one star is not really fair. The food was wonderful.

kabobs, rice and salad was fresh. Had the good ol’, regular chocolate cake - a rarity these days. No foo-foo mousse or lava mess. Clean restaurant and service was friendly.

Absolutely terrible! Went to pick up order at 8:30, they close at nine, the door was already locked. No one came when knocking until they had to let someone out! Rude woman wanted us to pay even though we already payed on line. Food was luke warm at best, no sauces and proteins with wrong sides! Used to be good here but I will never go back! Oh...and this is my grilled vegetables AKA bowl of onions...

Have been a zoe’s fan for years, as I lived in Dallas before Savannah even opened a location. The past several times we have gone it has shown it has gone down hill. It is poorly managed, the employees are lazy, the food has slipped. We used to love the take away case of chicken salad and soup. It is perpetually broken. The chicken salad does not taste the same. Hot grilled items are always charred burnt. The franchisee owner needs to get involved and hire better management and get the food back up to par!
