We come through here every now and then and this is one of my favorite Dunkin locations in Ga. Maybe it's because the one near my house isn't very good but Senoia Dunkin is exceptional in
I went inside the store to get a donut and a coffee. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes as employees walked by (at least 4). One finally said “it’s kiosk only”. I then saw the small sign on the kiosk. I went through the drive thru and received excellent service. We are letting technology take the place of customer service! Please bring back the face to face customer service!

I've been coming here just about every single morning and they never fail to impress me. Whether it's the amazing customer service from every employee I've encountered, or the perfectly made hot coffee and fresh food they provide. I refuse to go to any other dunkin! I cannot thank this staff enough for everything they do early every morning and late every night, everyone in here deserves a raise. Yall have exceeded my customer service expectations!
