The kiosk was slow, the service was not as pleasant as in the past. I found out after sitting and waiting on my food that they were extremely short staffed.

I came through the drive through the lady that took my order was mean and scary young girl with braids Jean jacket she always mean I told the manager but she still rude can’t ask her nothing but what I will say the lady at the 2nd window she said her name is Janell she is always nice she always smile she should be the manager and that’s why I’m giving a 5 star you guys should shout her out even though I know y’all won’t but you need more of her

I had made an order for a $5.00 Big Mac Meal online and gave the number to the person at the drive thru and when I got to the window the girl at the window put the code in but got confused with the order so I believe she asked for some help from a young man. He rang something up and come to a $6.36 charge for a $5.00 deal placed online. The charge should have been $5.35 but when I asked how did you get $6.36 from a $5 order?He answered “IF YOU don’t like it I can go to another McDonalds “!!Wow!! So I asked for their manager and I asked her is the new way of speaking to customers? Did I miss the memo? She replied NO and that she will speak to her manager about it? She gave me my food for free that day! So anyway… don’t go here at this McDonalds in Senoia they are very rude and young and don’t want to work!! Must be this new generation wants the money but work is a 4 letter dirty word! I would be surprised if he got fired or even written up!

Very friendly staff, very clean lobby, dining area,bathrooms, and parking lot. The ice cream was actually running, and I was able to get my Carmel sundae. I highly recommend this
