The past 2 times I’ve been here the smoothies tasted like watered down fruit. I think they’re putting too much ice in the smoothies. I used to love coming here, but this will probably be my last time since they just taste like water now.

I have been getting smoothie bowls for a long time. I really love the new ones. However the inconsistency in how different staff members make them is disappointing. Typically the bowl is pretty full. Today the 2 bowls I ordered were half full! And when I pointed out how they usually are all the way filled to the top and these were not worth the $10, I was argued with. Please provide training to improve consistency in the final product.

I’m a regular on 12/4/21 I placed a order for a large smoothie and upon getting it I took a sip and it was horrible taste nothing like a smoothie but more like water and I mentioned it to the cashier and she offered to add more mango and ice ????????♀️Not remake but at more ingredients and upon the second sip it still was more worse than before. I asked for something else they both said I had to repay in order for them to do so . In all my 30 years of Mgt I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH I am definitely disappointed and will be calling Coperate
