The people who work at this restaurant are just flat out incompetent. How do I order a Cajun filet biscuit combo and wind up with a tenders meal? It doesn’t even make sense how you could even make that error. The people here have no idea how to read orders and do the bare minimum. Don’t waste your time or money on this god awful store.

I have lived in Georgia for 5 years, and this was my first visit to a Bojangles, and I was extremely disappointed with the chicken strip 4 piece combo which included drink, 4 chicken strips, biscuit, and a side which I ordered Mac & Cheese. The chicken strips were not fresh, they was very dry and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile, the biscuit was good, but the Mac & Cheese was absolutely horrible, the pasta was way very dry and was not fresh. I will not go back again. The employees were rushed and very slow to get food out, no napkins in dispensers, I ate 1/2 of a chicken strip and biscuit, and threw the other chicken strip and Mac & Cheese in the garbage!

I was there on 2/25/24 before noon. It took almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru line to place my order when only 4 cars inline. When I got to the window to pickup my order I simply asked for a small cup of water. The rude girl (wearing a head-rag) said "The next time you want something you're not getting it unless you say it at the order screen. She's bad for business.!!!

Sorry service, half of the time the doors are locked, and it's drive thru only. Then when you try to go through the drive-thru nobody will answer and take your order. This store has been mismanaged the whole time it's been opened I have been inside and listen to how the employees talk to the management cursing them in front of the customers thinking they run things instead of the manager. I heard a girl one time who was working the inside register cuss her manager out and told him if he didn't like it she would pack up and go home. The store is managed very unprofessional and the owner has no business owning it.
Inaccurate business hours. Closed well before 10pm.

I love that! I wonder why they don't have points or some system that lets you earn free food by visiting. Id have a bunch of points!
