Sorry service, half of the time the doors are locked, and it's drive thru only. Then when you try to go through the drive-thru nobody will answer and take your order. This store has been mismanaged the whole time it's been opened I have been inside and listen to how the employees talk to the management cursing them in front of the customers thinking they run things instead of the manager. I heard a girl one time who was working the inside register cuss her manager out and told him if he didn't like it she would pack up and go home. The store is managed very unprofessional and the owner has no business owning it.

I've been coming to this location for two years almost every single day. I always ordered the same thing. The staff are all very friendly and most know what to order me without me even telling them. I love that! I wonder why they don't have points or some system that lets you earn free food by visiting. Id have a bunch of points!

Came through drive thru today to get food and the lady working the drive thru around 1 pm was rude for no reason. Clearly she didn’t want to be there.She didn’t even speak when I pulled up to the window just motioned for me to hand her my card, I ask for ketchup, she says nothing just grabs it. I tell her thanks have a good day and once again nothing. Sorry you’re a miserable person girl, you sure looked like it. Won’t be back here lol the food was also undercooked. Best wishes to the miserable looking girl working drive thru today cause you sure need it.

It's near the 285 so we decided to stop there before we got on the road to go out of town kind of busy didn't catch the name the lady in the window was so nasty and didn't care that they forgot something out of our order she just looked at us like move on?
The service was horrible. We we could not understand the person taking our drive thru order, the person sounded like they had rocks in their mouth. The order was incorrect and she it was brought to the managers attention who was also working the pick up window she had a attitude. The customer service at this location was horrible. My food was good but customer service goes a long way and nasty service will not get my business again.

I'm a Healthcare worker. and work overnight...the lady with glasses on working drive thru this am, I'd very rude, no customer service etiquette, and pretty much slung my order to me. She didn't say thank you. No greetings, she had attitude the whole time. I just started frequent there, and I'll take my business elsewhere! Corporate will be notified I did nothing wrong but spent my $.
