Lady who runs the morning crew ( long hair with a little grey in it) is a rockstar.Store was pretty busy and she seamlessly handled the front area, mobile orders AND assisted the other two employees all with a calm smooth and direct demeanor. Shes awesome, really respected this and was even on her side when some dude was annoyed about the slower service. Like dude shes hustling chill, we all got our orders correctly and flawlessly under her management. Ill be back to this location because of her

On 2/18/24 at 6:18 pm The female representative at the drive thru was very rude! Once at the window she handed me my 1st drink I said Thank you and she provided me the silent treatment Horrible attitude! The young man who provided my 2nd drink very kind the total opposite of the lady.

Muhammad and Mandy do a great job at this location. They are always trying their hardest to make sure customers are pleased and make sure their employees are okay. They always greet me with a smile and make sure to let me know what new drinks and discounts are available.

My drink was made incorrectly. I called to speak with a manger and rude girl by the name of Emily stated call back by noon because we’re really busy. I said so I have to call back when I just left from up there? She cut me off and said I’ll give your money back! Instead of making it right. I will never go back to this location. No empathy or compassion.
I’ve lost track of the amount of times I went to the specific Dunkin and my order has been screwed up every single time. The only reason why I continue to return is because of convenience I am NOW willing to drive 1000 miles to avoid this place, everything about it it’s been awful.

My boyfriend and I visit this location often. The only reason we continue to come back is because of the convenience. We order on the kiosk when we come in and it is almost guaranteed our order will be incorrect or get skipped over. While there today, 12/10 at around 12:07 pm we placed our order for a specific donut that only had 2 remaining. We stood there for several minutes. We watched as the drink was made and sat on the counter. It was never called out that it was ready nor was it placed in a location we could grab it ourselves. We watched as our 2 donuts were taken and placed in a box. We assumed they were finally working on our donut order but watched as they handed those donuts out the drive thru. At this point we spoke up. Of course we had to pick different donuts and did not get what we originally ordered. The time on our drink states 12:07pm and we walked out the door at about 12:21pm.Outside of our poor experience there was a lady purchasing 50 gift cards at the register. The location was not busy inside so I saw no issue with her taking up a register for an extended period. As this lady left one of the employees (I believe she is the daughter of a manager or team lead) was saying out loud that she can’t believe this lady would come in and buy 50 gift cards. She was openly expressing how that would have been enough for her to clock out and leave if she had to deal with it. She was expressing her dislike of the gift card buyer to other customers in the store while the lady was still in the store. I was taken aback at how openly and loudly rude this employee was while not once did I hear the customer say anything rude.With the number of poor experiences I’ve had at this location I struggle to comprehend how corporate has not been notified. This location is easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced and they are very consistent in being the worst.
