This is the most ghetto Dunkin Donuts. The people here are not professional and the drinks suck. The guy was taking my Payment and all I heard was another employee saying MF this and MF that. One time I went, and one of the guys had the absolute dirtiest nails I have ever seen. It was disgusting. Appearance matters when serving food. I ordered some munchkins and they were hard and dry! Like how?!

I've tried to be forgiving but I've ordered a sourdough bread breakfast sandwich two days in a row and they've given me the sandwich both times uncooked! It's a Shame.

I had one of the worst customer experiences at this location. I put in a mobile order and when I received it an item was left off. I came back around through the drive through and asked about my item, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were out of it and didn’t know how to help me. They could have told me the item was missing the first time but decided to just let me take the charge. They got more hostile when I asked if it was possible to receive a credit or replacement item. I asked for 2 donuts and they then gave me 2 flavors that I did not ask for and when I mentioned this they yelled at me and said they were out of the flavors I asked for, which again they could have told me so I could select something else. I ended up leaving because a male employee would not stop yelling.

Mobile order. Ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese croissant, and a medium coffee light and sweet. Welp the sandwich was cold hard and burnt .literally burnt so i circled back for a refund in which one of the workers found it to be funny . Thank God for the manager who agreed that ot was burnt and refunded me . Too bad i hadnt tasted the coffee before leaving because that taste like burnt ashes. A waste of time and money.
