Wow! Hey manager. Get your Saturday crew together. By far the worst experience I've had at a firehouse. 35 minutes and still did not get my sub? They said it's coming. But yet no sense of urgency at all from your employees. How bout' Show the guests you're trying to hurry for them... Your employees are a disgrace to the Firehouse Sub name.Promote them to guests!

Was a little disappointed with sandwich. There was hardly any cheese sauce this time and the bread was a little over toasted. We eat here frequently and this is first time I had this happen.

This us the worst firehouse in Atlanta. The mansion horrible and the employees be on they phone in front of you. Don't even acknowledge customers.

If I could give negative stars, I would…every time I go I specifically ask for NO cheese due to lactose intolerance. Every single time they put cheese on it. Today, same thing, they fixed the sub but apparently now, you need to request NO plastic in your subs. There was literally, a piece of plastic in my husband’s sub. At first he thought it was lettuce. Clearly it was not lettuce

This place is AWFUL! Disgusting ! One guy standing and twisting his hair over the food / all have long hair and none properly covered . No one's washing their hands / same guy on his cell phone checking messages . This is a shame - this store was not like that before .My sub was /- subpar I'll never eat there again .This store should be closed down before they get someone really sick ! Zero stars !! Three people watching one guy work whose hair is so long it's clearly going to get into the food . The industry deserves better ! No more excuses - Terminate them all

I believe I’ve seen paint dry faster. I’m not sure the staff here has received proper training on how to make sandwiches efficiently. Over a 10 minute period with three staff behind the counter I only saw 2 sandwiches delivered. My sandwich is now 15 minutes late.

Raw bacon. Sandwich had to be thrown out. Customer service skills minimal. Not a good location at all.To respond to the response from firehouse: I did email you about my experience and you email me back a very bland response saying you are sorry. Thanks but what does that help?

The customer is so horrible that I just lost my appetite. The general manager (Dre) was so incompetent, nonchalant and lacked leadership. The workers apologize for the experience. It’s so unfortunate that the location itself has to suffer.

The two young guys whom took my order and gave me my food had no customer service skills at all. The tall lighter complexion young guy came from the back and didn’t even acknowledge me standing in front of him. I asked him “Are you ready,” and he just stood there. Then he kind of cut his eyes up to me as to say he was ready. So I just started giving him my order. You could barely hear him as he was speaking. He still got my order wrong which meant the guy making my order got it wrong as well. So the darker complexion young guy with glasses told me my food was ready. He had a sub bag and a big bag right beside each other so I thought all the food was mine because I ordered a lot. As I proceeded to walk off with the food he asked me in a very low voice” Did you order DoorDash?” I had to keep saying “huh” because he would never raise his voice for me to make out what he was saying. Once I understood him, I said no. Then he said, “that’s not your order.” If you guys don’t want to do a good job at your job, if you don’t want to be there, then you shouldn’t be working. I will never go back to that store because the customer service is horrible.

Placed an online order at 8:00 pm for pickup at 8:15. I arrive to pick up order and both doors are locked, I notice a younger man in the back on his phone. I return to my car to see if I had wrong location, I didn’t. Some woman then pulls up, he opens the door for her. They clearly knew each other from the conversation they had at the door, So I go in with her. He tells me he doesn’t have my order even tho I showed him my order receipt on my phone, but he has this lady’s. I was like so what am I supposed to do? I just spent my last $10? Clearly upset because this was supposed to be my only meal for the day and I got robbed of it. He told me I shouldnt have an attitude and offered no sympathy. How would you feel if you came into a place where you spent your last $10 only to find out they are too lazy to prepare your food. He told me “I’m the only one here so I can close when I want”I just hope it was worth your job @ whoever was working the counter on 08/18/2023 @ 8:00 pm, tho you probably don’t care by the why you held/presented yourself. Sweaty armpits, no hairnet. Disgusting behavior and place, I will be getting corporate involved to further investigate this.
