Self checkout ran up the wrong price ($2 more than the label) and the guy had me wait for him to go check (I was right) instead of just honoring the actual price… yall really need that $2 huh

Worst and first experience at this location the cashier Dustin was rude and not helpful at all management wasn't available to talk to Joann the front end supervisor did nothing to the cashier no apologies was given the crazy part i offered to help clean up the respond i received was rudely said to me when i spent iver $500 in there the clean up was placed on others while Dustin sat there looking

Delivery drivers drive perpendicular to the flow of traffic to enter and exit Kroger shopping entrance. This morning they did so cutting off and then blocking all three lanes of traffic during morning rush hour. It’s reckless driving and impeding the flow of traffic for everyone else.

I went to this Kroger self checkout there was no one there to help a lot of self checkout machines was left with orders on them because no one was there to void items I'd rather go across the street to Food Depot

The online pickup and delivery is absolutely horrible. Every single time I order for delivery there’s something missing from my order. They say there’s things out of stock and never refunded me for those items! Although I paid for a rush delivery. It took 3.5 hours for my delivery for 10 items & from this store which is 3 minutes down the street! When ordering online they never notify you when your order is ready. I will no longer shop here.. Ridiculous.

This Kroger is terrible. There is constantly rotten produce and today I opened this snack pack (purchased within the past 2 weeks), which I usually feed to my daughter, and found that the expiration date was JULY 2023 - 6 MONTHS BEFORE I PURCHASED IT. Never did I think I would need to check expiration dates at a grocery store in this manner. Hope I don't get sick.

I’m very frustrated. I placed a pick up order yesterday (3/15) and found when I got home they had given me a milk that was damaged. What’s worse though is that today on 3/16 I take out the package of fish to cook for my family and the package has already been opened and was TAPED over. That is very unsettling and it is enough for me not to trust this Kroger again.
We love the convenience of pick up and everyone is always very friendly.

I love coming to this Kroger. Not only does it have great produce regularly but i always receive amazing customer service. There's been times I've asked if they were out of certain things & they will go above & beyond to check everywhere they can to ensure i get the product im looking for if they have it & today, A very nice young lady named Andrea saw my toddler having a fit in the check out line, and she took him and his brother to go get a balloon while i finished checking out to calm him down. I appreciate you guys!

I have been shopping at this location since it opened and before when it was across the street. Today was the last time I will shop here. My family was treated like second class citizen. Now in know how black folks feel when they are singled out in store and I always tthought that could never be us. We are Indians but nope racism don't see color or nationality. Shame on Kroger.
