Awful service. Literally had a manager ignore me on intercom twice, then refuse to take my order at the window.Also, I've used my rewards here and was never given a receipt to prove I used the code, so they never gave me my free food.All in all, drive to another McDonalds like 10 minutes from here.

Newly remodeled location. Very clean design, almost sparse in some ways. Service is relatively quick. Not much effort by the staff to make you feel welcome ... more like zombies doing the minimum. You would hope and expect more from one of our iconic brands.

Dasher sat for 20 minutes to be told they couldn't find my order then they asked for me to call but were too lazy to answer the phone even when dasher support tried. Ordered from them a few nights ago as well and everything was cold like they confused the fryer and grill for the broke ice cream machine.
The ordering is done by Kiosk since no-one is at the counter. The units are always out of paper for a receipt. When this happens you need to make sure that you see the order number (goes by fast) or you have no idea which order is yours. Without the receipt you cannot do a survey and you miss out on the ability to get a special listed. The best way is to place your order and then pay at the counter and you will get a receipt. That also presents a problem since your order does not go in until you pay and with no-one at the counter you need to wait for someone who know what to do. All in all they need to take the kiosks and pitch them out the window, because when I got my order it was wrong as well.

This filet o fish is horrible. The cheese strip is what did it for me. Give me my money back.. that's why I eat from home. At least I will have a full piece of cheese...ugh.... do
