I placed an order in advance for a cake to be picked up day before Thanksgiving. Regretfully I had to cancel. I called today two days before. First I was put on hold twice after sharing what I needed to do. The associate came back and shared someone will handle the refund later. I shared I want to be guaranteed the refund is submitted. I was placed on hold again. A manager I presume came on the line "Natalie" maybe... and said she processed the order refund and the credit should appear in two days. Her demeanor was though I was a disruption to her day. I commented Thank you and have a blessed Thanksgiving. She did not acknowledge with a thank you, you as well, nothing....just said "Ok bye". SMH. This is not exuding you want repeat business.

Nothing Bundt cake never disappoints. They have the most consistently moist cake that I have ever had with a wide array of delicious flavors for everyone to enjoy. They accolade last minute orders very well and I have nothing but positive things to say about them!

Mixed review. Most recently picked up a chocolate cake for a birthday and it was great! This is exactly what you would expect.Previously picked up bundtlets and didn't check to see that they were not frosted prior to taking them to out event. These mainly went to waste and we're definitely not as good without frosting.

Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints. I always have stopped at this location for a small red velvet chocolate chip bundt (my favorite). So I decided this year, for my birthday gathering, I wanted to have the bundtlettes as a treat for my guest.Needless to say, they loved them, and the services were amazing. I can't remember the young lady name that assisted me, but she was amazing and took her time taking my order while I chose my customer choices. I highly recommend visiting this location or any one of the Nothing Bundt Cakes locations.
Nothing Bundt....AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Being a father of 3 little ones typically means there's usually a birthday or special occasion to celebrate every other month or so! Nothing Bundt Cakes in Smyrna has certainly been one of our "Go-To" locations when we want to kick our special occasion up a notch! I always feel a sensation of "Surprise and Delight" whenever I visit their Smyrna location! In addition to their full-sized bundt cakes and the personal sized bundlets...OMG...their Bundtinis are these cute little bite-size bundt cake morsels that look and taste like the Cake Gods personally delivered a slice of heaven into my mouth! And to further illustrate just how awesome Nothing Bundt Cakes - Smyrna is, just today, I was hand-delivered a free thank you gift by one of their employees AT MY HOUSE! So crazy! I actually thought I was have a pretty great day...until I got cupcakes delivered to me and then my day turned into a MARVELOUS, SPECTACULAR, UNFORGETTABLE one! I love you Nothing Bundt Cakes and I'll see you soon! Please tell the red velvet bundtinis in your case I said hello and that I'm thinking about them!

I have a problem...when I want something sweet I usually stop here because it's fast I am in and out with a mini bundt cake. Your own personal bundt cake and it is the perfect size and is always delicious!! I haven't purchased a larger bundt than that because that is all I need. The staff is always helpful and nice. I wish they stayed open past 6pm but that is my only complaint.

Heard a knock at the door and a nice young lady was standing at the door holding a bag with a bundt cake and a sweet note sharing that they were randomly selecting people in the Smyrna neighborhood to surprise with a free bundt cake in hopes of giving back to their community and making someone's day a little brighter--- and sweeter I might add! :) Little did they know my father had hip surgery earlier this week and we are here at home taking care of him and what a blessing it was to us!Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes! We love having you as part of our neighborhood and often visit your bakery for our dessert needs.
