This place is located inside Kroger plaza worst wings ever ask for crispy and they were extra soft they wasn't all the way done I had to throw away majority of them also paid 12 dollars for wings just wings and they try to charge extra for dressing and paid for a 10 piece also will not leave no star but they made me out 1 gourmet cafe and wings on delk road had great food and cheaper prices than this and food is way fresher and better I hope no 1 ever eat this place again and also before I enter 3 people inform me that this place NO 1 China is not good but was only thing from food place with no line I learn why they don't have a line horrible

I placed order for delivery thru uber eats. I canceled within seconds after placed. Was told too late to cancel because they had started on order and I would not receive a refund($50). This restaurant did not have enough time to start order. Do not place order for delivery from "NUMBER ONE CHINA "in Smyrna and expect refund if you decide to cancel your order. I would have understood if order was complete or even if they had time to start on order, which they definitely did not.

Still searching for my primary Chinese takeout place. This one was mediocre at best on the night we tried it. The food was cooked appropriately but more bland than expected. The chicken teriyaki tasted as if the chicken, onion, and scallions were cooked separately and then drenched in teriyaki in the takeout container. The pork egg foo young was cooked well, but could have used more seasoning. The accompanying brown sauce had almost no flavor and was on the watery side. The spring rolls were crispy on the outside but the inside contents were meager and without much taste.Parking: It is one of the stores in the Kroger shopping center. Can usually find a spot because of the quick takeout pickups, but be careful leaving your spot into the line of traffic headed to and from Kroger.
