Went in for a 2pm lunch on Sunday. Only two or three other tables were dining in. Left fifty minutes later without being served. The kitchen crew and servers were busy making food for themselves. Other customers left without being served.

We have eaten here regularly for years, but the past few times have not been the best. I know WH is greasy food, but there was a thick layer grease in the bottom of my bowl. The service wasn’t bad, just having to ask for everything, even silverware. Hopefully, the next visit will be better.

No complaints whatsoever. I can say I never get a waffle and still didn't. But my other half did and I tasted it. It was actually better than expected. Omg. I started to order me one.
Terrible service. Unorganized. Someone will come in after you and get their food before you. Terrible customer service. Workers look dirty and seem like they don't care about anything.

I came into this location on a break from work @ 4:12am. There was one employee vehicle parked near the side/back door. For near 4 minutes I said "hello" and looked for a bell to get someone's attention. Once I exited the restaurant I could hear all employees on the outside on a smoke break and no one was inside. I was here last week and items were left off of my sandwich. I give up on this location.
