The staff was incredibly professional, punctual, attentive, and friendly, making sure that we were well taken care of. In addition, the team went the extra mile to help us set up the food and keep it warm, and I cannot have been any happier with their commitment.I cannot recommend Amaala’s Delightful Kitchen highly enough for any catering needs. 10 out of 10...I definitely recommend Amaala's Delightful Kitchen! We had a graduation party for our daughter and Amaala's Delightful Kitchen was our caterer. The food was scrumptious! All of our guests enjoyed the food. We literally had comments all evening (and the next day) regarding how much they enjoyed the food. We had Chicken sliders, Veggie Patties, Jerk Chicken, Rasta Pasta, the 6-Cheese Mac and Cheese, and Braised Cabbage, and EVERYTHING was delicious! Amaala was very easy to work with from beginning to end. She talked to me regarding my needs, budget, etc. She is a true professional. She answered my calls everytime. She was responsive to my needs when I had to make changes to my guest count (twice). Delivery of my order was on time and Amaala and her staff were great! Thank you Amaala for helping to make our daughter's graduation party a success! I will definitely use Amaala's Delightful Kitchen again.

AMAZING! I recently had a baby shower for 60 people and the food was delectable. I ordered the Baked Mac and Cheese, Spanish Rice, Braised Cabbage, Smoked Jerk Wings, and Southern Fried Catfish. Amaala provided a customized menu with that matched the theme of the baby shower AND provided everything needed for setup. The food not only had so much flavor, but also was presented beautifully. The portions kept everyone full too! 10 outta 10 would recommend! Amaala and her helper were very sweet and attentive as well. If you were thinking of using Amaala for your catering, DO IT! You won’t regret it. :)
