I ordered 12 Roast beef sliders through Uber Eats and one small curly fry and one small crinkle fry +12 packets of horsey sauce. My order came all smashed together and I was short one slider. The sliders I got were slapped together, and a lot of the beef was dried and crusty. They were not wrapped very well. Received no curly fries and got a bag full of Arby’s sauce not horsey sauce. I can’t blame Uber Eats for this. It was obviously Horrendous service from this Arby’s.

Came here for my lunch break...ordered the Philly...super disgusting. Then I asked for extra onions but they gave me no peppers...on top of that it was cold...never, ever getting that again or going to this location. The one on 78 never gets my order wrong. The only thing I enjoyed was my curly fries and shake.

I've worked in food service previously for almost two years; at some of the busiest restaurants in Gwinnett county. I know how hard it can be to work in fast food, but this experience was disappointing. They were rude to my mom. The cashier had an attitude after my mom waited a long time for someone to answer at the drive thru order station. The cashier was not courteous nor professional. We also had to pull over and wait for our order to be brought to us, despite us being the only car in the drive through and the dining room empty. The cherry turnovers were ice cold.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and got a microwaved sandwich. I should have known it was microwaved by the fact that it came within 2 minutes of me ordering.
