Usually this location is spot on. I just visited inside their newly opened bldg for a carryout order bc the drive thru line was long. There was only 1 employee taking orders when I arrived. Everyone was busy filling drive thru or curbside orders. The manager who was supposed to be leaving stopped & took my order which I appreciated. I was inside for 15+ minutes which is way longer than the drive thru takes. My nuggets were fine but my Mac-n-cheese cup was not filled up (maybe 2/3) & it was overcooked. The fries my kids ate also weren't as good as usual. I'll try them again based on prior visits but I'll definitely stick to the drive-thru. With the limited number of ordering spots inside you can tell that they probably prefer you drive through.

In typical Chick-Fil-A fashion service was speedy, staff was friendly. In some locations the food can be a hit or miss but this one was definitely a hit! Can't wait for the new location to open :)

Traffic patterns they have around the building to order are dangerous they're dumping people out the same place they're trying to Circle people in, number two, tried to order two large cups of ice cream that's no longer even sold, instead only Kitty cups and a big at is sold. I don't know ever since this pandemic Chick-fil-A has not been worth a flip, still no inside dining, even when everybody else's back.

They messed up my order and the manager had an attitude. I asked for brownies and they gave me cookies... he got an attitude took the cookies and gave them to another customer, which is completely Unsanitary. Also I Ordered a number 1 with no pickles & they gave me a sandwich with pickles just removed. Pickle juice was still on the sandwich when I get home and checked btw I’m ALLERGIC to pickles which is why I asked. This experience was horrible. Must be under new management bc I have never experienced this here before. I Will NOT be back to this location.

This location is the worst. They just want to rush order out they careless if it’s right or wrong. First time i let it go and threw away the food. This is the second time. I order lunch and have to rush back to the office and again not right. I ordered no bacon as stated on the receipt. I have no time to go back to change it or get something else. Absolutely ridiculous... what a disappointment.

Been using their curbside pickup for over a year. In the past three months the order accuracy has been about 50%. It doesn't appear they're overworked, always seem to be workers standing around on Monday evenings. Hoping they can regroup after their upcoming move.

Don't get me wrong I love chick fil A. My last two experiences have been less than favorable. Its not ok to wait almost an hour for a salad and sandwich meal. It wasnt too busy, the runners kept coming to the car curious why i was still waiting. There wasn't a resolution until I asked to see a manager. Long story short the young man in the drive thru didn't update my mobile order. This happened twice in a two week period.

The manager saw that I didn't receive napkins while getting my food through the drive thru and made sure I had some. It was so minor but he pays close attention to detail. This place is always busy but try their best to keep lines moving and make sure you get quality food service.
