Best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Fresh flavorful without being salty, very big, and worth the price.

I am not a fan of the chicken strips. But holy crap. This is delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The staff was amazing. And I'm gonna be going back a lot!

The wings are good the Mac and cheese is the bomb but the prices are way over the top when you do not have a large variety of food to choose from. Small container of yams is out of site chicken tenders are high. Be careful when you order online there is a charge from google unless you go directly to the restaurant website and order two different menus which is crazy. Don't get cheated you feel like you paid for a meal at Reds Steak house but received McDonald's.

This review is not about the food. The chicken was great. Hubby got the chicken and waffle, I got the thigh both were delicious! Unfortunately the short Asian girl at the register was the rudest person I've ever come across is customer service. We felt like we were bothering her as she made faces and smart responses to our questions. They closed at 5 and we got there a little after 4..... they started turning things off and even packed our food to go after we said for here.... A couple came in at 4:30 and they told them that they were no longer taking orders..... she was very rude. We were visiting from out of state and will never come back.

Disclaimer: I'm writing this now from eating there March 4th, 2022 so it's been a minute. The food here was decent. It's not the best chicken I've ever had but it's not the worst. The flavor of the chicken sandwich could've been better. I loved the corn muffins though with jalapeños in them !! My mom had the wagyu mini burgers, can't remember what she said they tasted like, but i mean it's prettyyy hard for you to mess up a burger so I'll give them that one !

I'm in a s***** for fried chicken and decided to give this place a try even though I ate at a chain chicken place the night before. After trying the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) sandwich, I wish I could've eaten here twice instead! The sandwich came out hot and shatteringly crispy. This is everything breaded and fried chicken should be. It was craggy and had really solid seasoning. The chicken itself was moist and cooked to just the right doneness. Overall I enjoyed the fixings that made it a KFC sandwich. The candied jalapeños made it. A bit more flavor could've been packed in the sweet chili sauce and slaw imho, but I can see how the levels they went with give it broad appeal. I snagged a bite of the mac and cheese and really liked the blend of cheeses they chose. The jalapeño cornbread was nice and moist as well. Next time I'm the area I'll skip the chain place and come here instead. The sauce list definitely piqued my curiosity, especially the black garlic one!

The best chicken sandwich in the area! It's a little costly but worth every penny! I recommend the Cleveland Hot ! I've eaten here several times and each time seems better than the first!

Chicken sandwiches are amazing. Chicken was juicy and tasty. Definitely my go to place for chicken sandwiches in Eastern Cleveland.

Delicious AMAZING saucy chicken sandwiches. Juicy and beautifully crispy crunchy fried chicken, loaded with toppings and sauce and perfectly flavorful. Crinkle cut fries were gorgeously crispy and seasoned well. Sauce flavors are are wonderful. My only singular complaint is that neither of the sauces we tried were particularly spicy, regardless of being labeled as the second hottest sauces on the menu

Ordered carry out for the first time and everything was ready to go when I arrived to pick up. We ordered the Cleveland hot chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, Mac & cheese, crinkle cut fries, and jalapeño corn cakes. All for $32 before tip, so very reasonably priced! Everything was great and large portions, but the highlights were the crispy and juicy chicken and slightly spicy mac and cheese. I would maybe skip the extra cornbread next time since the tenders comes with one piece, and the fries and Mac and cheese were the best sides.

A hidden gem in University Heights! The portions are huge (the fries in the photo are only a handful of what comes in the small). Everything was very well seasoned. The slaw on the sandwich was really good. Very hearty portions and well worth the price.

I first saw this place on New Day Cleveland, and if Natalie recommends it, it has to be good, right. I like the fact that the get their chickens from southern Ohio and not some mega farm. Tensors we're awesome and I thought I would just take a bite of the Mac n cheese. That was one big bite, one continuous bite. Going go for the Cleveland sandwich.

I've been to this spot twice now in the span of 1 month since moving to Cleveland. It's the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I highly recommend the Nashville hot chicken, the perfect amount of seasoning and sauce, which leaves this chicken crispy and juicy. I also tried the Cleveland and Korean fried chicken sandwiches. The sauces were good but slightly overwhelmed the focal point of the chicken, the chicken also got soggy quickly. Otherwise, they were also fantastic choices, did not disappoint

Saw this place on New Day Cleveland. And we're driving and literally decided to stop and get dinner when we saw it. You can't eat in. They have room but looks like Covid shut down that. Tables are all blocked off. So you can only do take out. Menu is large. They have a sandwich board up with specials. And the regular menu is over the counter. They have tenders, all types of sandwiches, and more entree items and side dishes. There is a lot on the menu, plus desserts and lots of drink options. We went for the special cleveland hot dog. Hot dog with pickles, a homemade slaw, and french fries. I was going to get chicken but couldn't decide. The cost of the dog was $10. It was really delicious. Honestly. The dog was grilled and split. Bun was toasted and good. Filled with pickles and slaw, and a ton of fries. They have a hot sauce too that comes with but we opted out of that. I would get it again. It's a fork though. I couldn't pick it up and eat it without making a mess and not really eating it. We also ordered extra, large fries to splits the fries are good. Crinkle cut with a seasoning on them. You get more than enough to share in the large. Crispy but since it's take out they were a bit cold by the time we ate them. Still ok though. And we did get a banana cannoli too. That was amazingly delicious! Very light and creamy. It's located in a strip plaza on Cedar. By Warrenssville. Closer to Dunkin than Whole Foods. Right in the middle of all food choices. Parking is 1 way so you have to enter and exit correctly. Enter next to Dunkin side. The menu is pretty large. Lots of choices. The prices are on the high side, I thought. 3 chicken tenders are like $8. Not sure how big those are and they don't come with anything. 5 are like $12. They have a million homemade sauces that look very intriguing to try. Sandwiches are in the $10 range and more and they don't come with anything. Everything is all carte. Sides are $4 and higher. I am a combo girl. I like ordering something and for $3 more you get a drink and fries. Not here. I know the cost of good fresh cooked food is costly. And this is that. But then this is a once in a while place not a once a week place. Our dinner with 2 dogs, fries, and cannoli that we split and it was $31. No drinks. So it's like a sit down. It was good but again on some budgets not a 1x a week place. Staff was nice and helpful. We asked about the sides. Sides are very unique and sound good. They were working hard behind the scenes. There is a wait because you are getting your food made to order. So it can be a 15 min wait. I'd definitely go back. Try chicken this time and the sauces. LOL!

I've been here a few times now and they never disappoint! The chicken is juicy and perfect every time! It's not greasy either, it's literally perfect. I tried the chicken and waffles today and I don't think I can ever order anything else. It was simply the best. The flavor combo with the fire dragon butter and syrup is out of this world. I ate EVERY bite and I usually save or toss half of my entry... I even split a cannoli with my boyfriend, which was amazing as well.
