This location really only gets a 1 because i've only had ONE time without any problems. The workers either do not understand you from the intercom & end up messing your order up or holding you in line longer until they can get it typed up , the drinks are made with zero care & if they're out of something that you ordered the customer service is so bad that they make zero effort to try & assist you properly. I always order ahead on the mobile app & when the cashier told me they were out of what was needed for my drink & offered me 3 hasbrowns I ended up missing out on my $ because he would not cancel the order. but aside from that it's just always something with this location & honestly i'd never go here if it wasn't closest to my job and that's only if i absolutely have to. Wouldn't recommend at all probably why there is never a line here like most dunkin.

The customer service at this place is terrible, I went to pick up an Uber Eats order and I asked the Arab or maybe Indian guy if he could put a sticker on the lid to keep the customer's drink sealed and he told me with an aggressive attitude "NO, just take the order and get out of here”

The people working here arnt capable of pouring a cup of water. Unbelievable my entire order was ruined and coffees were completely incorrect. Coffee lid wasn’t on soaking the entire bag full of food.

The service here is terrible reallly need to consider bettefo. I hate going here but I go because it’s the only Dunkin I. Route to work but today was my last time giving them my money. The lady who I am going to assume is a manager she has a bad attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME she is maybe a middle age lady who works the early morning shift. I asked for a refresher but mistakenly forgot to request lemonade instead of green tea. Not knowing that the lemonade was discontinued because I usually ask for coconut milk with it. I told her I was not satisfied with my drink could she make it with lemonade and can I have the magi refresher instead. She was so rude about it and tells me lemonade had been discontinued for months why didn’t you know that. Next time just ask for mango upfront. Like it was the end of the world for her to give me a different drink. I just can’t believe her attitude was so unpleasant

I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for a iced coffee with French vanilla swirl cream and sugar and two chocolate vanilla cream filled donuts. He gave me ice with milk, cream and sugar!! Where the heck was the coffee, I literally asked my husband why the drink was so white. Then I bit into the donut and it was the yellow custard inside.

Extremely slow service as Dunkin’…. Even though the line for drive through is not really long. Also had a hard time talking to the staff on drive through; they couldn’t hear what I say when taking orders and had to repeat numerous times. But in contrast, the food was okay and the attendant Soma informed us the server was down earlier and was apologetic. I guess this happens because of staff shortages.

I ordered a bagel and a sausage & egg sandwich. The sandwich flavor was bland, and I asked for my bagel to be toasted- unfortunately, I got a cold, rubbery, bagel. It was subpar. To pay $8.99, I was expecting For my order to be correct & atleast taste good. The service was pretty fast, but I don’t think I’d eat here again. Donut King across the street is a great alternative for some good coffee and donuts. Also, I asked for some water and they charged me $.50 for water. Who charges for a cup of water? That’s crazy. This is the first and last time I’ll be visiting Dunkin Donuts for breakfast.
These people are slow, literally I come here often to place a food order for my family and they always leave something off.. it’s not that hard to put everything in the order in the bag. I’m going to start ordering a different order per person in my family so each of us get our own bag maybe you won’t forget stuff that

This place is just awful. There was a mistake with my order and the barista actually argued with me. He was this kinda lanky guy with dark hair. I'm almost certain that he has Oppositional Defiance Disorder, because I gave him absolutely no reason to get upset, I just told him that it was wrong and I would like to change it. What a POS. Do NOT come here, any reviews over 1 star were written by bots.
