This isn’t my first time being overcharged here. The young girl at the drive-through hands me my card and the drink and I asked for my receipt they never give them here ,but I always ask. She comes back and says that the card didn’t go through and she needs to swipe again then hand me two different receipts! I tried to explain that she charged me twice but her English wasnt the best. I explained it to the manager and she said no they were the same receipts and that they wouldn’t give me a refund. My bank definitely says I got charged twice. Just a heads up they will scam you. Ask for receipts!

I went through the drive through at a not that busy time. My order was a simple one. A cold brew, 6 donuts, a bagel. When I watch them input the order on the drive through screen. Right before finishing I noticed an additional bagel was added. When I pulled up to the window. They didn’t read me the price I had to ask the price. They said 12$. I payed and asked for my receipt. When I looked at the receipt I was charged 20$ and the additional bagel was on it. I didn’t even receive 2 bagels. So they attempted to charge me for something they didn’t plan to give me. To make things worse the only thing that made my “cold brew” a cold brew was the ice lowering the temperature. It’s was a poor excuse for coffee. It tasted like water that dreamed that it was coffee. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

The proprietors aren't very friendly at this establishment. I can smile, say good morning, but they are not interested.. just get your food and move along. One time I asked nicely if they could replace a donut put in my bag that looked like a bite was taken out of it (I didn't say that though) ..with disgust they took it out, put it back with the other donuts and replaced mine. Whew, if looks could kill! At first, I thought it was an isolated incident, but I get attitude just about every visit. I must find a new location to patronize...unfortunately, this is the closest to me.

I went this morning to get a drink the lady at the speaker didn’t get my order correct I got to the window and made sure she heard Almond milk and she said I didn’t say that and I told her I did. She gave me a drink and I assumed she changed it but my stomach has been hurting and now I believe she didn’t switch out the milk I asked for. Never again will I go to this location.Dietary restrictions: Be careful and make sure they listen or it can be worse for the next person.

Unfortunately the customer service here at drive-thru has declined. It used to be such a pleasure to make Dunkin my Friday morning treat en route to work .. recently I feel the staff doesn't care as much .. 2x back to back I arrived at the window after waiting 5-7 minutes and the drive-thru staff had no idea what I ordered. No greeting, no apologies, just a hand reaching out the window asking for my payment .. sorry, but you lost me. Customer service MATTERS no matter what.
