My wife & stopped in on Monday morning around 10:45. Went inside and had no wait. Ordered Black coffee & a latte. Employees were very friendly & helpful. Had our coffee in short order. Cleanliness in the facility including the restrooms was above average. Hot coffee delivered quickly in a clean safe environment. Open daily. Drive thru. Plenty of parking. Overall an excellent experience.

Worst dunkin ever. Lady that takes your order was rude and has an attitude for no reason. They give you old donuts. I also ordered an avocado toast, but my toast wasn't even toasted. Should've took my a** to the other Dunkin closer to my house. Won't be coming here again!!!

I came in today at 12:30pm and Ordered a M latte with 1 pump of french vanilla sweetener, when i tried my coffee it was nasty, tasted a sourish and the wait for very long, i had to wait at the speaker for about 12 min, there were only 3 cars ahead of me not busy at all. Very disappointed with this location

Went here for breakfast before work ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and a cold brew with oat milk. Cashier screwed up my order and it was too late for me to turn around. I Wondered why a bagel and coffee were 8.99! And to top it off when I asked for a cup of ice she told me it would be a .99 charge! I get charging for the cup but a freaking dollar. Craziness. I don't think I will be returning to this dunkin again.

I understand that this is a fast food type location, so I shouldn't exactly be expecting Michelin star service. However, this has to be the rudest experience I have ever had at a Dunkin'. I was excited to pull up because there was absolutely no line in the drive thru. This almost never happens especially during the winter and with COVID. I am at the intercom, and no one says anything. I sit there for 2 minutes saying hello? With no reply, I thought they might be closed and I am about to pull off when someone commands "place your order." No greeting. No question. I brush it off and say, "Hi! Can I get a large iced chai tea latte with oat milk please?" The voice repeats, "you want a large iced chai tea latte." I respond, "yes but with oat milk!" I hear, "okay come to the window." I pull up to the window, and the cashier scans my app to pay. I watch them make the drink. I can see no Oatmilk is going into it. I ask the cashier about it, and she says, "well, oatmilk costs extra." What kind of response is that?? If they thought I was unaware of the upcharge, that's something you inform me over the intercom and I would have said yes I am aware and I have no issue paying or no I wasn't aware and I do not want to pay. You don't get to decide if I should get something in my drink or not assuming I wasn't going to pay the extra fee. I could be ordering a plant-based milk due to an allergy! She didn't even offer to rectify the situation. She just handed me the drink and closed the window in my face. Unfortunately, like most people in any coffee drive thru, I was late for work, so I just drove off and promised myself I would Yelp about it later.

Order an vanilla bean Coolatta and low & behold THERE IS AN HAIR INSIDE OF THE CUP I'm so disgusted I took a few sips before I realized it .... bacon ccroissants were DRY Munchkins Donut Hole Treats DRY BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION

I patron their drive thru a few times a week for an nitetime caffeine fix.. Their service is always prompt and friendly. Often my pup is in the car and they make a fuss over her and give her a "pup cup" (tiny cup of whipped cream). Most restaurants are really struggling in these difficult times, so I know they would appreciate your stopping by sometime to check out their menu or just to grab a coffee and say hi.

I'm only giving them 2 stars because there staff is actually nice but, in all honestly customers mostly come here for the food. I ordered and avocado and bacon toast and 2 orders of hash browns. The toast was ehh it had a funny smell but l, the hash browns oh boy those reeked so bad! My son actually threw up wouldn't take one bite! I tasted them and I don't know if these were made in old oil or last weeks potatoes but, the food was purely disgusting! Don't waste your money here go elsewhere!!

IDIOTS!! For the 4th time the cap wasn't secured on my coffee! This time, it spilled all over my leg and vehicle. I went inside to let them know and couldn't believe I caught an attitude from the guy that works there. So bad that another customer commented about the "Attitude". This woman was rudely told by this male employee that "He wasn't speaking to her". He completely disrespected her, as well. yelling at her. He then said to me, "Well, what do you want me to do"? I responded that Common Sense would tell him to start by giving.me another coffee. He's lucky I didn't come behind the counter and punch him in the face!

Bad customer service!!! This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that always has a problem with what you ask for you can NEVER GET!! I’ve been to every other Dunkin’ Donuts and not a problem. Just for them to put avocado spread on my bagel is a problem!!! You should be able get what you ask for.. They want to put in one side for me to put in on.. That’s how you treat your customers!!! Never Again!!

Do not come here if you have somewhere to be. I sit in line at least 10 minutes every time. Then when you get to the window everybody is walking around slowly like they don’t know what they should be doing. The old Indian lady needs to go first!

Do not bother going to Dunkin Donuts after their morning rush. Paid 9 dollars for two very old and cold coffees. To be honest I’ve been just sticking to getting my caffeine at home. The lack of professionalism from one shift to the next is really heart breaking.
