I have always loved eating at your restaurant, but today 5/8/24 at 12pm. I was so disappointed. My pizza ? and buns were full of nothing but olive oil. I couldn't even fold it to eat it. Everything on it fell onto the plate, that's how greasy it was. Where in heaven is the owner? Not only that, Italian pizza is not thick,greasy, or false apart on you when you eat it. Not only that, there was no one to greet us at the door. I had to go and look for someone to seat us. We should have left when that happened, but we got taken for, and your prices shot up so stinking high. Good buy you guys. What gets me is that the owner is from the same place as I was raised. You should know better.

Food was great. Wendy the server did the bare minimum, then I noticed that they charged gratuity ,so she made small to no effort to service our group. Placed at a very small table with two wheelchairs. Terrible service.

There are so many small opportunities businesses have to gain new customers, unfortunately this was a failed opportunity, it will not be me. Due to the customer service I experienced, I will not recommend. It was my first time doing business with them. I came because a coworker had pizza from the establishment that looked fairly good. I decided to drive over on my lunch break to try it out. The woman at the bar who took my order was very unwelcoming, her demeanor was cold and very short with her responses to my question about the menu (again first time =had questions) very simple questions but not helpful, just ordered something small and simple to not waste any more of my lunch break and to get out of there. Will not return.

I made a phone order I arrived as my food was done and my food was barely lukewarm.I was told 10 minutes I arrived in 8 minutes and my food was still Luke warm idk if they was dealing with some sewage issues but it was a foul smell on top of the gentlemen was more concerned about finishing his conversation with a regular at the bar than assisting me
My server never came by to ask if we needed refills or anything ?

This is my second time trying this place and both times there was always a sense that my guests and I weren't welcomed there. Both the person at the front and the waitress were very unwelcoming. It came off as if they were racist since they were totally ignoring us or making us feel as if we were bothering them with our presence. We were all smiles when we arrived and it quickly changed after we realized the difference in treatment. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I used to pass by this place all the time, I finally went with my brother and now I go almost every day. We went on a night that Johnny was playing live for everyone and it was awesome, the food and Johnny's show is excellent! The staff is on point and friendly, I go so much they recognize me when I come in now haha. Def my #1 spot to go and I highly recommend to everyone.
First of all, great food all around. 100% recommend. Second of all, I know the owner of this place. He's a great guy. I think his name was Geno. My only problem with this establishment is that every time I enter this place asking for my signature pep-pep-pep-pepperoni pizza, Geno tells me to go to hell and shoots me in the face. Either way, I enjoy the establishment. The chef is very gay though.
