Don't order from them. Their customer service is terrible. The manager/owner hung up on me after I called to tell them my pizza was wrong. I then called back to ask for a refund and was told that they were having an issue processing the refund. So Marco's will never get another dollar from me.

The wings are so much better than anywhere else! The pizza is delicious too! Reminds me of the Italian pizza I grew up on from a small pizza place in my hometown.

Today was my last time giving them money ! So we tried to order online with the coupon that MARCO PIZZA send out. When we put the promo code in it went through but when it was time to checkout it said "not taking to go order", um ok. Let's try it again but with another card ( since it's only eight o'clock), same thing. Ok cool let's call them instead , no biggie ! When we call we ask for delivery and place our order but this time Marco employer said " we never send out coupons " huh ? So I'm making a coupon up or am I not looking at this paper with YALL address on it!!! Then it went from "that coupons only available online" huh again? How is it available only online when it doesn't state that and you just said y'all didn't send coupons out ! So I decided to drive to them to show them that I'm not lying about a four dollars off coupon Get up there the owner asking when did I get it and it's only for delivery He finally took it off after stated all of that and I told him what I tried to do!! Like you guys are really trying to hold out on a four dollars coupon!?! Yeah you will never get and or keep business

My husband and I have always loved Marco's and this location is just as great! This time I tried the greek salad as well as our usual pepporoni magnificent pizza and the salad was wonderful. It was fresh and had tons of great ingredients.

Been ordering pizza here for almost a year I just called and was informed that they do not deliver to my house!! Really?? The lady informed me that they only deliver a 3 mile radius and I'm 5 miles!!! Wow

The food was actually decent. Why the 2 stars? They are not organized. It could be the online ordering that may have an issue. I placed my order online and paid for it at 6:38pm it said that my order would be ready @ 6:59. I didn't walk out with my food until 7:27. It seemed as though everyone that walked through the door had the same issue. Nothing was ready when it was supposed to be.

Tonight we tried to order from Marco's using a coupon my husband received as a good customer. The coupon clearly stated 'order online or call 678-383-1222' (the number for the Centerville GA location). We called to confirm that the coupon was still valid (it was sent 7/17). The young man who answered the phone did not know much about the coupon process, but wanted to make sure we got the service, so he talked with the manager. We wanted to order by phone because their online process is lengthy and convoluted, but the manager told us we could only order online and would not accept an over-the-phone order. We love Marco's Pizza but they have the most difficult ordering process. When you actually walk in the door to pick up your order, the staff has been great, but getting to that point takes way too long! Won't be back anytime soon.
