This location really exceeded our expectations! The food is consistently good and the service always matches. The manager David understands customer service, is so friendly, and always makes sure we're taken care of. Lexi and Jada followed in his footsteps and are excellent servers which just seems hard to find nowadays. This has become a go to spot for my family and I.

I really enjoyed all day, every day drink special. I ordered the Blooming Shrimp appetizer $13.99, n #2 drinks $7.00 each, total with tax n liquor tax (didn't realize the #2 taxes being applied) came to: $$30.09. I initially wrote in a $3.00 tip totalled to $33.09. Before giving the bartender the signed Merchant receipt, I scratched off the $3 tip n initialize the scratch off with my initials and forgot to readjust the signed total because I left a $5 cash tip instead. Checking my checking account this evening there was a posting of $39.09 in my checking account. Blew me away that somehow, someone changed or inputted fraudulent numbers as a total of the bill. This will be address tomorrow when I go back to this Outback Steakhouse on Scenic Hwy for an adjustment or refund n explanation as to how this could have happened. "NOT COOL AT ALL".....

This particular day, I had the pleasure of having Lexi as my server. She was fabulous. She checked on me several times and had a wonderful energy and spirit. She knew what I wanted before I asked for it. The food was great. Outback is fortunate to have her as an employee and great service should be rewarded. You have great employees here. I have my favorites and now, Lexi is one of them.

I wish I could give the service TEN stars because of our amazing waitress Mercedes. I haven’t been to outback in years, but we decided to take the family out for a family celebration. We had a fairly large party (8 people), and my family is very particular. Mercedes didn’t miss a beat. She made sure we had everything exactly as we asked for it, and checked on us the perfect amount of times. The food was great, restaurant was clean, and we will DEFINITELY be going here often.

Our server, Hailee, did such a great job. She was personable, efficient and our entire order was spot on. She was great to provide refills, without asking, and made sure to check back regularly but not overkill. Umm yeaaahh for 20 bucks I thought my Alfredo would have more sauce. I guess it’s my fault for coming to a steakhouse for Alfredo. However the lady that brought the food out was quick and sweet.
