Ok totally blown away. I waited on hold forever at a different location and decided to call here instead. They answered on the first ring and were kind. I ordered a large pizza, wings, and a cookie. No discounts when I asked but they were so nice I didn’t care. I got there and when paying they gave me a few bucks off. Really helped a ton! Then out of no where they tossed in more wings. When we got the food home, it was perfect!! The pizza has a perfect crunchiness all the way through. No sogginess. Wings were great too. Now I need to post this so I can go eat this cookie. 5 stars to everyone there. Thank you.

Overall the pizzas were good. I ordered the cheese stuff pizza. And a regular pepperoni pizza. The cheese stuffed was missing some crunch in it. The pepperoni pizza was on spot I would say. I would give higher stars but I had to stand there for 5 mins before someone helped me at the cashier.

Ordered my pizza tonight at 6:36pm ; sent me an email saying my delivery time would be 7:30pm ….. didn’t get my pizza until it was 8:47pm AND it wasn’t fresh AT ALL!!!! Wish I could give this location 0 stars !!!

If you are not planning to pick up your order, then DO NOT order from here. Not sure when my pizza may, or may not, arrive, so I called. Although the app said it was on the way, it was in fact still at the location. Although this was an inconvenience, they did make it right, and I chose to do take out instead this time.

Too much standing around chit chatting but not working...the caucasian gal had No plastic gloves on.. the black young man did. The I think they should Always wear gloves, when making pizza,. COVID19 is still in existence. And.. the gloves should be put on just prior to making the pizzas. We want Clean gloves to be worn, very important. That goes for all pizza shops!

I received an email stating I had earned a reward so I placed an order through that email and logged into my account to get the reward. I chose not to pay online to ensure I would get the reward item. Once I arrived for pickup, I was told they could not give me the reward as they had no control over online and that I would need to call customer service and tell them the issue and they "could" issue me a refund. Not acceptable to ask the customer to follow up on a reward program that was offered by the company AND there should never be that much of a disconnect from online to the store. Employees need to do better!

I’m not sure why this place is rated so low .. I’ve been coming here since I moved in 2005 and I’ve never once been disappointed ! The pizza always comes on time when we do delivery and it comes super hot . Not only that but it always tastes fresh and amazing . I love their rewards because the points add up and you get free stuff like wings and free pizza ! We only get our pizza from this Scenic Highway location ?✨☺️

Ordered an online pickup order for pick up at 8PM on Sunday and arrived at about 7:50pm. When I went in there were no employees at the register, however there were multiple employees hanging out in the office beside the front playing on their phones. I finally got someone's attention and they acted like I was an inconvenience. I was informed my order was still being prepared. Just after 8 I again was able to coax someone from the office to check on my order I was told it will "be ready in 6 minutes". At 8:15 after again asking someone to come out and check on my order a different employee informs me "we are out of a lot of crusts so we are prepping as we get orders" and "your order is almost ready to go in the oven". I asked why I was told 6 minutes 15 minutes ago and the response referring to the last employee was "she didn't know about the crusts". While this conversation is happening the original employee is smirking as she hands orders out to other customers. Their solution "here's your refund receipt". Horrible location
