Placed an order online with a delivery time of 1-1.5h, around the 1.5h mark I received a text from door dash saying they were waiting for the pizza to be made; however, all the employees were in the back on their phone. I never received my pizza, a refund or even an ‘I’m sorry’ from Pizza Hut. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a pizza place. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Business is going downhill! As a regular customer of this Pizza Hut I will not be ordering here any longer. Attempted to order food over two days, over $120 worth of pizza and neither order was ever delivered either day. 1st day food was never delivered after almost 3 hours, finally had to call in and cancel. Tipped the DoorDash driver thru cashapp just for wasting her time waiting for the order. All they do is pick up the phone and slam it on hold without saying anything or let it ring to the call center and they never know anything. 2nd day placed an order after 2pm to be delivered at 4:30pm. Waited until 5 to start calling about the order, called over 10 times and finally the manager answered saying some man picked up my order around 2:30pm. Hmmm? Interesting that I placed an order, yal made it and someone picked up it all within 20 minutes. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about, mind you the app said the order was out for delivery ?? but okay. She then told me it would take 55 minutes to remake the order and have it delivered. I decided to drive to the store, front cashier was rude when all I did was ask about my order, gave no explanation and said the manager is in the back and I don’t know how long it’s going to take and was dismissive then began to help someone else as I was right in front of her. I waited about 30-40 minutes, manager never came out and said a word to me then sent some delivery man with a nasty attitude (ready to argue with a woman) as I asked to speak to the manager as she was hiding in the back. She finally came up front and I explained to her all that needed to be done was an apology and explanation other than the b.s lie that someone else picked my order up when that was a bold face lie! I never cursed, or even raised my voice at anyone inside. Terrible customer service, then the delivery driver was waiting in his car and staring at me and my child as I was walking out, weird!

Horrible experience!! This location has got to be the worst of all location. After not being able to place an order online for over 30mins I called to only be hung up on. I then called back and at that point my order was taken by another location which was only the positive side of this ordeal. My order was placed around 7 something. I finally received a text stating my order would arrive at 8:39pm(A 67.00 order) never came I contacted the location only to be told by the shift mgr whom act like he was having a break down" The Mgr called out and won't be back until Monday, and he canceled the order so that they could get it together ". I respect the part of being under pressure my issues with this is its been now over 2hrs, I've worked all day and my family was sitting here waiting to eat and he nor any employees had the decent to call and make me aware the order wasn't coming. This has been the last time I will ever order from this location. I've had other experiences with this location but gave them chances to get it right. If a business continue to mistreat customers without the morales of making things right I nor my family will continue to support. This happened on the 12th of January 2024.

I placed a togo order & received the pizza In shambles I tried to get the delivery guy but he pulled off as soon as he saw me come back out . I contacted the store … I’m getting a refund but this is very inconvenient .A month prior I ordered a pick up they told me it would be ready in 25 minutes I told them what time I would get there for pick up after waiting for 25 minutes at the drive through they told me they accidentally sold my pizza to someone else & that I had to wait for another to be made … I didn’t have luck with delivery nor pick up I will not be ordering again .

My family and I have ordered from this Pizza Hut location since we moved to this side of Snellville which was now almost 2 years. The pizza use to be fresh, hot and well made. For the past two months the quality of food has gone down. The past two orders I placed were incorrect. Recently, they called and said they were out of the toppings we wanted. Tonight, the pizza was horrible: little to no cheese and scarce toppings. The rep I spoke with wanted to make it right and I commend them for that, but I got the remade order and it was worse. I called and let the Manager know the order was not any better. He said I would need to speak with the General Manager and placed me on hold. I was on hold for 6 mins. I hung up and called back thinking maybe they forgot I was on hold. The manager answered again and said he was getting the General Manager and I patiently stayed on hold for almost 18 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. The phone rang with no answer. I called back and the phone answered and they kept hanging up in my face. I’m not sure what the issue is with this location, but it has gone down hill… unless you have money to waste, I do not recommend ordering from this location. Save your money and time by ordering pick up from another location! It’s nothing worse than spending hard earned money on horrible delivered take out! I wish I could give a zero. They need to get new management or close the doors on this location! These are not duplicate pics. This is literally the first and second order. First large, then second large. First personal pan, then second personal pan. What makes it worse is when I spoke with the young lady about the way the pizza was made, she remembered slicing the pizzas and confirmed she also knew those pizzas were not made correctly, that why she honored the remake. She tried to correct it, but I guess the pizza maker and/management didn’t care… SMH!

Ordered a medium cheese pizza 30 minutes before I arrived at Pizza Hut. When I drove up to the hut lane, the associate said I have 4 more minutes until my my pizza is ready. I sat for another 23 minutes and then was given a pizza that had sat in the hot box because the cheese was brown.Parking: Shared with store
