Very disappointed with this location this past Saturday!! Walked in store with $100 bill, store scanned my money to make sure it's real, then cashier gave me change which was a $50 bill and 2 -$20 bills. Once I got home looked at money, i immediately realized Speedway Cashier/Manager gave me a COUNTERFEIT $50!!! Check your large bills, they passing out fake money from behind the counter!! So sad and this was my location to spend my hard money at!! Also noticed they were watching me when i left. Very strange!! And yes I got my money back or would have called Gwinett County!!

So I'm picking up an order from here the other day and when I arrived the order wasn't finished being packed wasn't even started they handed me their scanner to walk through the store and scan every item and bag them myself with their company scanner. Terrible service and employees need to be replaced. Imagine going to a mcDonald's and they hand you an apron and say make it yourself. Make it make sense

I arrived around 12:40am 4/9/23 to pick up an online order and the service was horrible! Normally when I come in the order is ready and bagged, but not this time. The light brown skin male cashier was very rude and lacked the basic necessities(friendliness) for a customer service position. I gave him the name of the order I was picking up and I was given a cup and tasks to complete. I asked when did the delivery driver start making the orders and he said that's what he always has us do. I explained that I normally come during the day shift and the order is always bagged and sealed.In this day and age everything is supposed to be covered to protect the customer, so no where you go will have a delivery driver handle the customer's goods. Since he was not going to budge, I asked what items were needed and where to find them. He responded, "I clearly gave you a slurpee cup." I'm sure he was taught to be polite and helpful during training and none of those skills were shown tonight. Also, I'm sure any customer would be pissed to find out that the delivery driver was making their food. If you don't want to work with people, find a new job!

Tried explaining to the manager that the fuel stations are keep giving issues when use. The manager started by ignoring what I was saying and kept his own version of the story without taking the time to respond adequately or respectfully. I won’t spend my money when management is uncooperative.

Worst customer service in the area. The girls working weekday afternoons have a terrible attitude and seem more interested in talking than paying attention to customers. Had to keep repeating myself for some tobacco because the cashier kept talking about her personal problems

I won't blame the speedway but it's store manager whoever so is responsible. No process aligned, specially a women behind the counter, may be she is Hispanic with glasses. Learn some manners and follow the protocols. I have been coming to this store from past 1 year. Looks like she is a new face and she is the rudest on the floor. One bad apple and destroy the whole basket. Please train people on customer service and follow the right protocols. Manners is very important in any business.
