The guy that took our other April 3,2024 around 11:45am . Very bad attitude, didn’t want to listen to me explain exactly what I wanted to order. He acted like we was bothering him and when I told him I wanted to change 2 of my orders he got a little of upset with me , but never made it so why was you so mad . So we just end up ordering 2 drinks , breads a few other things.

Went here today after doctor appointment got me a starbucks and the drink I usually has Chocolate drizzle on it so I asked them if they could put chocolate drizzle on it the lady that served me snapped at me and told me "we don't do that go somewhere else!" Though we're her exact words to me I was baffled not expecting to be snapped and shouted at just for asking if they could put chocolate drizzle on my drink that's suppose to already come on it so if you want to be snapped and shouted at for asking a simple question this is that starbucks for you

Employees were rude and in the back saying how they hate Saturdays, they are not redeeming reward coupons even when the sign says redeem rewards here the cashier didn’t even look called someone else we don’t do take those here. I know it’s busy but customer service is important and take down the sign if you are not going to redeem the rewards

Two ladies in the front gossiping about work drama and another employee while customers are standing here and when you should be making drinks. I can hear your entire conversations while you’re using foul language. You’re at work.

Before ordering, there was a young lady who was standing there at the register socializing who allowed me to go first. I came to try the Pumpkin Cream cold brew and they stated that they are out of cold brew. I then requested to try the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso The cashier did not state that they are out of oat milk. She continued to process my order. The young lady who was before me, then went back up to the register to speak to her friends. The associate who is completing my drink, she called my name, and acknowledged the young lady at the register she then asked the young lady what milk would you like? The young lady then said, soy milk. I got up for my seat and walked to see what was going on, the original associate that took my order she was like oh I forgot to tell you that there is no oatmeal milk, what milk would you like? I said I would like almond milk, within 2 seconds of me saying that… my drink was done with no sticker. I go to work, take a couple sips and my throat started to itch… they put soy milk in my drink and I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC.

Very rude manager in the evenings also rude and unprofessional. My 10-year-old daughter messed her order up and untold the cashier she made a mistake she was like tough it happens gave me a fake smile did not offer to fix it this was my go-to Starbucks for years but not anymore customer service is really bad now

Not to be that girl. But every time I come here it’s something. I always order extra Carmel toppings and extra drizzle and even though I’m being charged they never make them right. They make drinks how they feel they should be made. Thank god I’m not allergic to whip cream because no matter how many times I say no whip lite whip they fill the cup up with it. I’m not paying $9 for a cup of whip cream. I’m always respectful, I always tip but this location Never Gets it right. The food is half cooked. And I love this Starbucks because it’s close but WEBB-GIN is the best in my area and I’ll have to take a longer drive or just stop shopping there. The first picture is from Ronald regan location the second was taken from Webb gin. Now if I would’ve gave the drink back and told them to remake it and waited in line another 25 minutes I would’ve been wrong. But it’s also wrong for me to continue to pay for a drink and half of the drink is whipped cream and it wasn’t what I asked for. But like I said NOT To BE THAT GIRL…. Lol. Yes I understand this is a busy place, but that’s personally not my problem. I do expect great customer service anywhere I spend my cash and this location just fails to provide.

They didn’t have any bakery items what so ever. Then I tried getting one of the flagship drinks they are offering and the cashier said they don’t have the ingredients for that either. She had this rude attitude as if she didn’t have a care in the world and didn’t want to have to interact with us. Just plain rude with her tone. The line was very long and neither employee seemed to be in a hurry with regard to the line building up. People were leaving because it was taking too long.

We waited in line a half hour for a pike.There was only one person working the bar while the line was a dozen people long, at least.On top of that the manager Mitch (who was the only other person in the store certified to work the Starbucks portion) was a half hour late to relieve the barista for lunch.

Rude staff. I wanted to order a customized drink and the staff rolled her eyes on me and straight up said “ we don’t have that”. I asked for the English breakfast tea!!! Seriously??! Will never return. Starbucks should FIRE her.
