Fast food has really declined. I placed an order with Grub hub, the food was sealed upon arrival. I was missing my onion rings the burger was nasty, fries cold, and the drink had black stuff floating around inside.

Wow. Steak & shake managed to get even worse somehow. 10+ people standing around in the kitchen acting like gang members while I have to scan a QR code to prove I paid for my drink. I'll never be back. I hope you grout of business. Will Large back Meal. Make the useless lady working up front pay for it. She obviously isn't cleaning the dining room. Hope you go out of business!

I went here for my birthday. Service was kind of slow, but the Frisco melt and milkshakes were good. The fact that there is only 3 fry seasoning containers is annoying, but acceptable. The weird qr code thingy actually stops the drink machine from working which is really cool.Kid-friendliness: Good food for kids, but the claw machines and quarter things are annoying to deal with.
Steak and Shake is way different than it was before Covid. Counter service now instead of table service. Last time we went I got a double steakburger with cheese and fries. My family got a Frisco melt with an M&M shake, double garlic steakburger combo, grilled cheese kids meal with an M&M shake, and a plain single steakburger kids meal with an M&M shake. All the food was right and hot. Just recently they added a thing where you have to scan a QR code to turn on the self service soda fountain. That is pretty annoying.

Really bad customer service in comparison to other locations. They were rude and they messed up our orders twice. Definitely not going back to this location. The lady on the grill was really rude to the coworkers as well, unacceptable.
