This place is ok. Calamari not good at all. Big & breading doesn't stay on the squid. Wings & Philly cheesesteak are ok. The drinks are bomb. This is one of those places you go just for the drinks not food. I wouldn't order the food again.

I started to write a review based on the service that I received today while I was waiting for my food, but I decided to wait until I got home to try the food since this was my first time there. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girl(Asian) at the front act like she had an attitude and didn’t want to be bothered. I said thank you and there was no you’re welcome. Even before placing my order, she was just staring at me like I fell from the sky. The other girl( African American) tried to help me a lil. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked through the door. Fries are good..that’s actually all I ate. Wings wasn’t crispy like I asked. Oh and the lemonade was good. First and last time at this establishment.

Man ole man my food was delicious. 10 outta 10 I recommend the Pina Colada Smoothie if you love the taste!!! It was perfect down to the last drop. The right level of Pina to colada.The Sweet Chili Philly cheesesteak didn't miss. The chicken dumplings were cool, but the egg rolls weren't my personal fave.They have so many drink options that makes you want to go back to keep trying different ones.The atmosphere was relaxed. It had decent seating, with decent decor.Kid-friendliness: Great treat for the kids as they have so many drink options and easy foods they would enjoy. Not meant to be a playground, but enough space for a lil extra movement.

Absolutely amazing boba and the food is fresh and hot. I recommend the wings and the burgers. They cook the wings fresh and the burgers are huge and fresh. The wait is normally 10-15 minutes if you’re ordering food and 3-5 minutes just for a drink. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, the staff is incredibly friendly and they never messed up any of my orders. Overall 100000000/10, I highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: It’s a calm and simple place, they do not play inappropriate music, it’s very clean, and it has a lot of food that kids would like, especially picky eaters.

This was my first time trying Sweet & Fresh and It was a really cute place. I ordered a mango strawberry smoothie and I give that a 10/10! I also ordered the calamari with a side of sweet chili sauce and I would give that a 7.5/10.

I really wanted to like it but sadly... the food was bad and the service was lackadaisical. She didn't seem to care one way or the other and likely preferred if we hadn't. The food (fried cheese sticks & egg rolls) was like frozen food you would get when you take a group of elementary school kids to an arcade or skating rink. The only thing I actually liked was the mango tea (I think that's what it was). Maybe I'll give it another try at a later date and try the wings or cheesesteak.

Customer service has gone down the drain recently with the new employees that have zero customer service skills. No greetings, will ignore simple questions and act annoyed that you asked in the first place. Quality in food seems to have changed as well.
