Everything was so delicious. I had the tonkotsu ramen. My friend shared an assortment of sushi that was fresh, buttery soft and beautifully prepared. My new favorite sushi restaurant in Atlanta is right here in snellville. Totemo oishii desu!

I ordered it a few times,The beef was good but only had five slices for lunch,That's why I order big size now,Because $20 a serving is not enough to eat,So this time I said no salad and oranges and add some rice,I'm actually getting the same amount of rice as before and you're just putting the same amount in two boxes,I usually have a small appetite but your portions are so small that even I can't get enough。

Takano Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem in Snellville, offering an unexpectedly delightful dining experience. From the moment you step in, the staff welcomes you into a pleasant atmosphere that is cozy and inviting. The sushi is delicious, showcasing fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Service is attentive yet unobtrusive.. Despite its unassuming exterior, Takano Sushi Restaurant proves to be a must-visit spot for anyone in the area.

Its so hard to find good Asian food in my part of Atlanta. I have finally found some. The sushi is fresh, the Ramen & Udon are tasty and have amazingly flavores broth (I highly recommend the Tankatsu red, but I like spice), and they sell Takoyaki...which i can't find on the menu. Just ask for it.

This is one of our absolute favorite spots! Everything tastes fantastic & the service is top notch! We love the jalapeño tempura appetizer and I have yet to find a sushi roll that I don’t like.

The sushi was marvelous and loved a bottle of saki with our meal. Anything with eel and that wonderful sweet sauce!

food is amazing, always love to come here and eat the Jalapeño yellowtail. I find it similar to sri thai but they only focus on japanese cuisine, Id come here for a good sushi; service is good and it always feel good with the ambiance they give.

Finally stopped by this restaurant and so happy I did. The sushi is great, and they've got many good combinations that if you want a quick lunch. Service was great and the restaraunt has a quaint and relaxing vibe. Will most certainly become a regular spot.

Sushi was good. For this area, it's probably better then most. You got to get there dumpling soup.Outstanding, which leads me to believe their Raman is likely good; I'll get that next time. The service is could not be better. They'll adjust the sushi recipe to suit you, very kind people. What's most impressive and quite telling, their bathrooms were as clean and tidy as you'd hope for. Not a given, but it helps you believe the kitchen is held to a similar standard.

I have been going to this location for years; ever since sushi avenue was bought out and renamed to tankano the quality in food has become subpar. The quality in the food is not as fresh as it used to be and they are now using low quality ingredients and smaller portions. I love this location but under new management it's just not what it used to be. I gave Takano at least several opportunity to change my opinion ; but the food has fallen short.
