Oh this spot it IT!Everything is amazing, can’t go wrong if you wanted to try everything on the menu from visit to visit. Great staff with manners and common courtesy towards you. If I didn’t work for myself I would most definitely work here to help myself to a smoothie or 10 lol!

Absolutely amazing! My smoothie was on point! I got the Acai one. So goood! Now my Baja Wrap oh my gosh was to die for! This was my first time ordering from there!! My mom is in Eastside Piedmont Hospital without an appetite, and these smoothies are the only thing she really wants. I’ve come three times in the last week, and each time, the workers have been so friendly. I’m so grateful this is so close to the hospital.

My daughter and I stood at the counter for 11 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. So, we lef5 and went to Chik Fila. This Tropical Smoothie is being run by a bunch of teens who would rather be anywhere EXCEPT there. Lack of experience. Lack of care. No customer service skills. This location just needs to train their staff.And Management, please don't place some boiler plate apology here like you've done other reviews. Just fix it!

My daughter walked in a several employees behind the counter told her “Hey we’re not taking orders we’re understaffed so you need to leave I’m in the car she walks out there’s other people walking in and there being helped/served so I’m confused why not serve her I really didn’t want to start something ugly so best just leave I could be even uglier and bring in a law suit but I will leave it alone I cannot help the way other people raise there children but left it to writing a review about the place and who they have employed hopefully the next location is better bye Snellville

Before Matt took over this location it was the worse location. Lack of customer appreciation, the location itself was nasty and unkept, the employees we’re rude and disrespectful. I stop going and voiced my concerns to management nothing was done.. Fast forward 2 months later decided to stop in and I was pleasantly surprised! The store was clean and the ambiance was welcoming and inviting. Matt has truly turned this location around. New employees, cleaner location, his willingness to go above and beyond speaks volumes! I’m a regular now with weekly visits!! He definitely deserves all the praise and compliments! Thank you Matt!!!!!!!! Nia, you’re biggest cheerleader ?
