The traditional Greek salad that I ordered was missing the grape tomato’s. Also, I don’t like how there is an extra charge to add protein to a salad. The food is just too expensive, especially to be missing an ingredient… I was very disappointed when I realized that my salad was missing the tomato’s. Please, do better.

Love everything about this gem, but my favorite right now is the shrimp kabobs with cauliflower rice and a cup of chicken soup !

I went to Zoe's kitchen and ordered a collie flower bowl the person told me that she was a manager but they could not accept in person orders. I told her I did not have online access and would like to place an order she refused to take my order I asked for the owner's phone number to find out why I cannot be serviced from the women in the store. She gave me a manager's phone number who when I called he hung up on me he did not wish to take my complaint right this place is good food just idiots work there they have no respect for the customers and they are racist. I think they need to fire everyone in that store if you cannot take an in person order for a simple collie flower bowl which is normally like $12 something. The manager that hung up on me needs to be fired right the manager that refused to take my order at the rest cash restaurant needs to be fired. This place has high turnover because the people in the area just are not up to snuff for working they are here for the check they're not here to do the job.

We've tried to like this location when we visit The Joint next door. They should close the dining room and focus on their takeout business, because if you're eating in, being served is secondary to the takeout. We were forgotten on a visit earlier this year. The quality of the food has suffered. For example, the braised beans contained long sprigs of dried rosemary, not pleasant to eat. My husband ordered steak kabobs, turmeric rice & roasted vegetables. The rice was overcooked & gummy. Everything else was all right. We'll be visiting a different location next time. I'm hope it will be worth the drive.

I went to pick up lunch today at 12:34pm October 24,2022 the customer service is awful no greeting, no thank you ! absolutely nothing! This food is not cheap! So a little curtesy would be great! The girl at the front looked unhappy tired and unconcerned I almost turned around and went somewhere else i probably won't visit this location again. I did a online order when I got my order there wasn't any forks or spoons or napkins in my bag so the online ordering only-doesn't include that apparently. horrible service

This was the worst experience I've ever had here. I went with someone else and they got a chicken salad that consisted of cauliflower rice.. the rice was cold and frozen. There was ice in the rice! I got the Mediterranean chicken with a side of salad.. let me tell you.. the cucumbers was frozen and gooey.. the chicken... it was old and it tasted weird. The floors were dirty as well. The cashier was cleaning her ear and handling the food... she didn't even wear a hairnet.. FK THIS PLACE! The worst part is that the cashier had a disgusting attitude! How is this place even open? Y'all hire people like this?

If you go during the evening, the entire shift is made up of teens who could care less about their job. They are more concerned with chatting and cutting up with each other than they are about customer orders. No manager in sight and if there is one, its probably one of these kids. The first time I went there, I figured that it was just an off day. Everyone has them. But the second time was around the same time of day but months after first visit. Same behavior. Same rudeness. Different teens. My second visit was yesterday around 7pm. I had to announce my presence to order as all backs were turned away from the registers. Then, 30 minutes went by and customers who had ordered after me, got their food. So I had to get the teens' attention to ask about my food. At no point was I told that they were out of soup container lids as I had ordered a soup with my salad. So, since they were out of those lids, they wrapped very loose tin foil around my soup. When I got home, my salad container was difficult to use because the soup spilled all over it. Had I known that they were out of lids, I wouldn't have gotten the soup. I love Zoe's but I will not return to this location. If getting good workers means raising the wage here, then they need to do that because the little bit of change these kids make here is not enough for an adult to live on. Because these teens aren't surviving off of this money, they do not care about their job and aren't afraid to give you an attitude when you ask where your food is when customers who order after you have gotten theirs. Zoe's please hire adults in the future.

This place has tasty, healthy food. In the middle of many fast food places, it is great to have this option. Everything is usually good. I don't know what happened today but the cashier was rude, didn't seem to want to be there. My plate was served pretty sloppy with sauce on the edges of the plate. My kabob plate was missing a few ingredients. Taking a star off did today's experience.

I was basically the last person waiting on my order and realized they missed a whole meal, the employee were ready to go home but was being a bit disrespectful with me being in the store and they still on the clock. Be mindful of the customers in the store and maintain a respectful behavior while on the clock or off, but still in the business. The food was good.

The kitchen staff were very unprofessional. They were playing loud music from the kitchen. The music was louder than the dining music up front. Also, at one point someone was screaming from the kitchen. Not a pleasant environment to eat and relax. This behavior made us question the cleanliness of how our food was prepared. Not planning on going again.

there aren't many locations of Zoës kitchen so I always go to this one because it is near where I run my errands. Unfortunately on several occasions I have had pretty bad service. From them getting my order wrong to them mumbling to taking 15 minutes for a side of soup, it's always something. One of these experiences: I had a reward in my Zoës kitchen app that I wanted to use for a hummus starter. I asked for extra pita which has an up charge of two dollars. I tell the cashier that I would like to use my reward for free hummus. He says to scan it, my barcode with my membership ID, so I do and I gave him my card and he does not repeat the total back to me. but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. So I get my receipt and I'm charged with about nine dollars instead of two. So I asked him if I can get refunded about seven dollars for the hummus as I thought he was only charging me for the Pita that has an upcharge. So it takes about 10 minutes for a female her to try to figure out how to refund me and after those long minutes another employee comes along teasing her and the new employee refunds me within 30 seconds. The female employee did give me another free hummus which was nice, but she tried that instead of refunding me until i asked again. Many more where this came from but this review is long enough.

So I am super late to this one. My cousin who lives out of state often visits this chain and suggested it and I drive past this one often so I figured let me try. I have to be honest, my first visit was amazing!! Everything was on point. My second one ... it was alright. So consistency is an issue. I've only done pickup orders and had minimal interaction with the staff due to this so this review is going to be pretty basic. Pros: *Online ordering is accurate *Timing for order pickup is accurate *Healthy "fast food" compared to a lot of other options in the area. Cons: *Consistency. You might get your meal made excellent one day and just OK the next which can be pretty disappointing. Overall rating: 3.8

My mom is vegan and she likes Mediterranean foods so we came here for the first time. We asked about what was in each food item before ordering to be certain. Her food came with cheese in her falafel so we had to send it back and we’re told they ran out of falafel. They offered a refund but she opted to get a soup and salad instead. The salad was brought to us with cheese in it too. At this point we said nothing and she just ate the soup and we packed up the rest of the food to give to someone else at home. I think maybe they were just stressed? I don’t know. Despite the experience my mom is interested in going to another Zoe’s kitchen when she returns home so I gave the restaurant 3 stars for at least trying to resolve the issue.

Just ordered from Zoes (Scenic Hwy) Snellville location. Ordered potato salad (which I have ordered from this location, 100's of times. This time the potato salad was PURE MASHED POTATOES. Called the restaurant, they claimed this is not traditional potato salad, understandable. This time the potato salad was mashed potatoes, no chunks @ all. None throughout this time ordering. It did have a MOUND of dressing in it. VERY disappointed

This is the absolute worst location. I picked up food when they first opened and it was terrible. I tried again last night and ordred through Uber Eats. It was even worse. Tasteless, overcooked cardboard chicken and bascially ignored the notes. I don't understand why their tomato soup tastes different from other locations. Never again.
