Quality Baldinos sub that I expect from my experiences around metro Atlanta, but this was the slowest service I think I have ever experienced in my life.

Very tasty good subs. I do wish the veggies were wrapped in the meat like real jersey subs but pretty good

I have been coming here for a while they have friendly service and it’s fun to get to know the owners

Took quite a while to get the order made, no other customers in the place. Ordered a sub for takeout, bread was all dried out and meats were not very fresh. Probably will not go back there.Vegetarian options: Included on limited menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel Chair accessible

This place has gone so far down with the new owners. They have reduced the amount of meat and cheese and today the toaster was broken for the hot ham and cheese sandwich. If I had been told this before paying I would have left.

On the plus side, the Diet Coke was really good. I should have just walked out when they were taking my order and I was asked "White or wheat?". I said "Wheat." to which they replied, "We only have white.". I haven't eaten at Baldino's in many years, I just forgot why. The people working there spoke very poor English. I asked if they have Dr. Pepper, to which they replied yes. The menu did not indicate which soft drinks were available, and the drink machine is in a cubby which is not visible from the front. Turns out they didn't have Dr. Pepper, and the tea was terrible. My wife ordered a salad instead of a sandwich. Only meat, cheese, lettuce, oregano, salt and pepper. They included tomato with all of the oregano on the tomato. Since she doesn't like tomato, it was like she had no oregano when she took the tomato off. She had to get packets of salt and pepper. As far as the Italian sandwich is concerned, it was rather bland. Not Jersey Mikes, and certainly not Publix. The bread was under baked and doughy.
I was a regular before new management came, I am guessing it is the same family that runs the Metter location. The sandwiches are fine, the soups are typically not worth what you pay - sometimes it's clear that they are literally scraping what's left at the bottom for you. I miss having HGTV on 24/7 while dining in, now all I hear is the ownership family just talking on the phone or talking to each other loudly with no regard for anyone else. I am also often frustrated when trying to make an order as the older guy doesn't understand basic words on the menu item, like I have explain things with gestures and pointing. I will keep going here cause I like Baldino's, at least it's in town and not out of business.

This used to be my go-to place for subs but since it has changed owners, the quality and care is greatly lacking. They use cheap ingredients instead of the premium ones that Baldinos is known for and have greatly downsized on the menu, especially the bakery items. It is sad to see the original owners go!!

I asked for a salad, it seemed that was an impossible task. My husband found two pepper stems in his sandwich and meat was not as fresh. I asked for a roll for my salad, I got a damn sandwich bun. No peppers that I asked for in my salad. I would avoid this place, it has gone downhill from what it use to be.

I ordered a roast beef sub, all it had was roast beef on it. I expected cheese lettuce tomato. I have to choose these as extra. Ridiculous.
