The food was awful ? - I ordered a snack size portion of ‘yellow rice and bourbon chicken’ and it had a terrible burnt taste… luckily, I only paid $7.00 for it…would not recommend‼️

Orange chicken and sesame chicken is ALWAYS over cooked and hard! The chicken fried rice had an old spoiled not fresh taste ...it smelled gross too....DISGUSTING. I will not be eating here again!

This is the worst place I've ever eaten at my wife ordered 1 shrimp fried and 1 chicken fried rice and got it home and no chicken or shrimp or any vegetables nothing but rice for 15 dollars, what a Rip off, NEVER AGAIN

Apparently you HAVE to rate it, but believe me if they had a star as small as a period as an option for a review, that is just what I would bestow. The service here is probably the worst you can experience at a place like this. J.A., the worker with the braided weave, was VERY rude. And I am not sure how old that honey chicken was, but I sure can tell you how tough and hard it was to chew. And they might as well have served the egg roll frozen as cold as it was. It's crazy how you crave a certain thing, but when you get it, it disappoints all across the board. That will definitely be the last time I go there. And usually if someone orders shrimp fried rice, which they have to pay extra for, they expect a shrimp or two. If I had wanted the plain rice, I would have ordered it. The thing restaurants don't seem to get these days is that when customers visit your establishment, it is an honor. Most of them have jacked their prices way up, while the quality and quantity of your product has gone way down. Next time, I'll just eat the cup of Maruchan Noodles in my desk.

What happened to the portions?? I just bought 2 combo boxes, and the weight of BOTH of them is about equal to what 1 box used to be!So, you go up on the price and down on the portions? That's a good way to lose business. I asked the worker why the portion was so small and she said she could give me more...for a price! No thanks. Me and my wife used to eat there almost every weekend. We won't be back until this is fixed.Not to mention that you close so early and with plenty of time left, the workers refuse to keep the food stocked. And good luck trying to get any sides if they are anywhere within an hour of closing. Not what this place used to be, that's for sure!

Some of these reviews are so dramatic.. the food is so good and dangerously addictive, low key sad I spent my first 5 years living in statesboro not giving this place a chance. And the name of the restaurant is not an exaggeration. When they say “& More” they really mean it, cause they have the most random food items that you wouldn’t even think they would have. Highly recommend their food.. I’m actually craving some right now writing this review.
Friendly people, food is fresh and tastes amazing, great customer service, large portions. I go to the mall just to eat at the Bourbon Grill.
