“Had the pleasure of going in today and having lunch with my mom. The service was awesome and everyone was very friendly and attentive. They were short staffed today, but still doing an awesome job. Austin kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly and Mandy, the manager, was also out front checking on customers as well as running the kitchen and grill. The food was excellent, hot and fresh and the salad bar was full and constantly being replenished. Everything was delicious!!! Mandy, Austin and the rest of the Ruby Tuesday’s family provided excellent customer service the entire time we were there. I highly recommend going here for dinner or supper or just to have a dessert. The brownie sundae is phenomenal. Thanks again for the great food and service and look forward to going back soon. “Always a good time! The food was hot and yummy ~ served exactly as ordered. The chips and the bite sauce were spot on! If you've never tried their house bite sauce, you've got to ask for a side of it to try. Our expectations were definitely met and we will come back again!“
“The food was so so the lady had to remake it like twice because she didn't make it right after the second time I just didn't even bother with sending it back I ordered a Philly steak and cheese with onions mushrooms and jalapenos the first time she brought it to me it didn't even have any cheese on it and she was like well you didn't say you wanted cheese and it's a Philly steak and cheese so cheese is in the name so you would think that that was kind of implied but I guess not the first time it also did not have the onions mushrooms or jalapenos when she brought it back the second time it had cheese but it still didn't have any onions or jalapenos and I only wound up finding one mushroom and by the time she brought it back to me the second time the french fries were cold and nasty so I just ate it the way it was cuz I figured why send it back a third time she obviously wasn't going to get it right even though it was a simple order the man behind the bar was very nice though he was very understanding he kept apologizing the place was empty it was just me and my boyfriend and the whole place so if that says anything LOL“
“If I could give them higher than a 5, I would. I'm not a big shrimp fan but had their blackened shrimp and fried oysters, and they were amazing. Landon, wh waited on us, was great. The menu listed their shrimp as fresh and locally caught. Just joking, I asked how that was possible when they were nowhere near the ocean. He wasn't sure how to answer, but he came back later and said that they were caught off of Savanah and delivered daily. Also, his name was Landon, I asked if there was any kin to Michael Landon. He was clueless as to whom I was talking about. We kept going back and forth until we found a TV show he knew. Between the service and the food, you would be hard pressed to find a better seafood restaurant this far inland.“
