Very bad management. Store hours posted and on google say they open at 10. I was sitting outside from 10-10:45 because I had put in an online order, and then one girl unlocking the store to tell me the girl in the back hadn’t even started baking rolls yet. All at 10:45. That is just ridiculous. Plus their phone is disconnected or something as it would never dial.

I placed an order online for pickup today. I paid online of course because I had to. I got to the store to pick it up and the open sign was on but the door was locked. I took a picture of the locked door and lights off. I need someone to contact me regarding a credit. This is the second time something similar has happened. Last time, I ordered online and went to pick up and it wasn’t ready. They said they didn’t received the order.

Place has a close time of 10pm on a Saturday. Completely locked up at 9:30 with some walking around in there. This location is clearly very poorly run. Do better.

They don't open until 10. People want cinnamon rolls for breakfast... also, everytime I go between 10 and 10:30, they don't have any rolls ready. This is just bad business. Someone needs to be in there baking these rolls BEFORE opening, not waiting until opening to begin readying the rolls! The rolls are good don't get me wrong but it's bad business with everything else. If you aren't going to have what you're selling prepared by opening time, then you don't need to be open

Let me start off by saying absolutely best customer service ever !! The guy was so friendly and nice and very patient it was mine and my sons first time at Cinnaholic and he took his time to explain to us how it worked . I got the very berry and I planned on only eating half because it was so big and then giving the rest to my boyfriend but then I ate the whole thing in like 3 bites ? and had to get another one to take home for him ! Literally I have a new obsession I will be back as soon as possible ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Very disappointed with my cinnamon roll while I waited for 30 minutes in an empty store. I did not receive the right toppings that I paid extra for. All of my friends orders were wrong as well and we paid around $8+ a cinnamon roll. Never coming back to this cinnaholic. Save your money and time!

This was so yummy! It was very expensive, $5 a roll and they aren't huge. As well as the entire outside of the cinnamon roll was hard, the middle was soft and yummy but I didn't even eat the outside part sadly. But I would go back just because it was delicious.

Disappointed that hours of operation are 10pm on Saturday and I drive 15 mins and arrive 10 mins before closing to a locked door. The associate came out and said they were out of rolls and it would put them past their closing time. Hour of operation should say, until we run out of rolls and don’t feel like making more. Just very disappointed because I support this location very frequently

Not worth the hype and honestly didn’t excite me. They just don’t hold up well to the standard Cinnabon has set for cinnamon rolls. I would only recommend going here if you’re big on adding toppings and want to add whatever you want to a cinnamon roll then go for it but the cinnamon rolls themselves are just not that good, for the price I would rather pickup half a dozen somewhere else
