Food is okay but for a better picture go on to the GA restaurant inspection site. Consistently scores in the 60s to low 70s. One write-up said they were storing raw chicken over vegetables. As (bad) luck would have it, we are there for a fundraiser and all 4 of us experienced digestive "distress" later that afternoon. Just read the restaurant inspection reports and judge for yourself

We tried this restaurant because it's the only Thai restaurant in town. Unfortunately, it seems we visited on an off day. The service was slow, many of the items we have come to expect in a Thai restaurant were not available, and the flavors of the food were very unusual and off putting.

Went there this week with my husband and 4 year old son and we specifically asked to make everything vegan and gluten free. My son barely touched his noodles so we asked for a to go box for those. When we got home we found 3 big pieces of chicken in there. The place was also not exactly clean with dust literally everywhere and the food was very Americanized and not to our liking. Our server was very nice and tried really hard so no complaints about the service im just surprised that he said he made sure everything was made vegan and gluten free yet my son’s meal had chicken in it.

Service has gone downhill here. I used to enjoy going here, but I might have to wait before going back. Hopefully they can figure out a way to make the service better. I did not get greeted for 7 minutes. The bartender was on their phone. Oh well. I just cruised and left

Wanted to enjoy a nice dinner with my partner and we decided we wanted to try Coconut Thai. When we walked in, it was awkwardly quiet and then the host, who also appeared to be the only server, told us to sit at any clean table. She looked around at every obviously dirty table and stated that it would take a minute because the restaurant was short staffed. So without being guided by the host my wife and I walked to a table that just so happened to have menus on there already. So we sat and looked over the menu still excited to try the food and proceeded to wait for the server to acknowledge us. During this time another server had appeared from the kitchen but only ran food to the tables. She cleaned one table and went back in the kitchen about 5 times passing our table and coming out empty handed. We were never acknowledged and honestly at this point it would've been nice to at least have a drink. After we were ignored too many times we decided to just get up and leave as the food would not have been worth it. Picking up plates off the dirty tables and giving them a wipe down would've taken at most a minute or two. It overall was very unprofessional, the host wasn't hospitable, and seemed to make excuses about being short staff when she could've just cleaned the tables. The restaurant was also not busy at this time, half of the tables were empty but dirty. Genuinely turned off from wanting to come back and I didn't even get to try the food.

Visited to give them a shot, and the customer service was fantastic! Incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food arrived hot and was beautifully prepared. The Naan bread was absolutely delightful! I highly recommend giving them a try.

I love this place the food is always great and so is the service. The food is well prepared and you can't beat the taste. The servers are knowledgeable about the food which helps you navigate the menu. The restaurant has a great vibe. One of my go-to in Statesboro.

I love eating here it's a very hole in the wall kinda place and I love it for that. The food is also yummy! A note on the Thai iced coffee is that it's very sweet, like sweeter than McDonald's coffee, I like it that way.
