Went to this location for lunch and they didn't have my order and realized I placed my order at the wrong location and had to reorder and before I could even finish placing my reorder one of the owners (I assume) had my order ready. The gentleman that was making the ice cream made my mini blizzard PERFECT and my food was hot and fresh. Thank you to this location for accommodating me!

I sat in the drive thru for a good ten minutes to be told to pull up then I sat there for another 20 minutes and finally I had to walk inside and they still didn't have my order ready.

They microwave the hamburgers so long that the ketchup got on my son's hand and it burned him. My wife told the employee and they shrugged their shoulders and said okay.

I want to say I’m very disappointed to say the least I hope they actually read this. We went between 7:30 and 8:00pm the line was already long not a problem did not mind the wait . Where I’m disappointed is we didn’t order much and I quote all we order was “ 3 medium Oreo blizzard and add brownie bites to 2 of them “ so normally when you order stuff like that the person is like this one is the one that don’t have xyz in it so you know which one is different . Not only did he not do that when I asked him which one was the one with out brownie he looked at crazy and said “ oh i don’t know “ like what? On top of that the order on the receipt was correct but when we got the chance to eat , it was incorrect. We received 3 blizzard : one regular Oreo , another oreo with brownie in it and the other one was a Reese or peanut one with Oreos at the top so it did look like a Oreo blizzard as well but was not . Which she does not like peanut butter so she couldn’t enjoy it but what if was a peanut allergy instead of just not liking peanut butter. That is dangerous because some people do have that allergy and can have a really bad reaction. So I’m very disappointed in the lack of regard of what was being served. Thank you for your time .

My husband and I always enjoy the Biscuits and Gravy Combo but, on this particular day it was unusually salty. So salty that we threw it in the trash. We mentioned it to the associate but she said that it was probably the sausage. She looked at us like we're crazy. Mr. &Mrs. William Smith.
