As a former employer, I know the expectations of this company. I started at the KFC/Taco Bell in Metter, GA when it was first opened and worked my way up to management in a short time. It is a very good company to work for. However over the past year, I have experienced horrible service from there. I see posts all the time on facebook complaining of the service at the Metter location. It's hard for me to believe that Mr. Inman has let this get this way. We used to have mystery shops a lot and visits from them often. My opinion is to clean out and start over with staff and management obviously. People are posting on facebook that they will not eat at this location ever again.
