I avoid giving poor reviews, but frfr they're just phoning it in here. Tried to use the app to get points, asked employee for help, was told we'd be able to add the receipt afterwards. NOT TRUE. "I don't know" is a totally acceptable answer to me. Lies are not. Employee even said they were unfamiliar with the app, but still gave us misinformation. Unacceptable. Train your employees better before you leave them alone.Cookies were okay but overpriced. It's a gimmick. Next time I'll just get cookie dough. Won't be back.

So me and my wife were door dashing and we got and order from here and we were like yeah we wanna try a cookie so i got a double chocolate mint and she got a triple chocolate cookie and i just have to say hands down the best cookies ever the mint was not over powering like with mint cookies and the cookies were fresh and warm i can not recommend this place enough

I heard about the promo for anyone with a college ID to get 6 free cookies with a $5 purchase, just one day before that promo ended. Well, I wanted some free cookies.I came in and ordered the loaded brownie for $5.45. The total was $6.97, and I asked and they were like: The cookies get sales tax too. Got the receipt, and the brownie was really $6.45. So the food costs more than what it says on the menu.Also, the cookies were undercooked. Like doughy. Raw. This is definitely a late night carb place for sobering up by eating carbs. This is not a cutesy desert place for cutesy date or brunch. Nope. They have vegan cookies, which I would recommend, in case the non vegan has raw egg.Also has gluten free option, but super duper limited for that. Lots of vegan cookie options.

Walked into an Insomnia cookies in Statesboro, Ga. On Saturday, July 1st at 3:30pm. After walking in, I walked out after about 30 seconds. The young man behind the counter didn’t acknowledge, speak, or didn’t even look our way. He had a very angry look on his face with his arms folded, looking straight ahead. Didn’t even want to order anything with that kind of customer service. I hope this gets corrected in the future.

The only reason I gave 3 stars was for the taste of the cookies! While their cookies are really good, I got there at 11:20am and the door was locked. They open at 11am.....the guy yelled through the window saying 10 minutes. Um last time I checked, you were suppose to be open 20 minutes ago. I was not the only one that was there to witness this. If you know you are set to open at a certain time, you need to make sure your doors are open and ready to serve. It's very unprofessional in my opinion.
