Tacky very poor customer service u got nelson Mandela as the manger she or he is rude rude rude that being my first time here from California not good impression got yelled at from a bunch of young employees I went inside and ol girl ran to the back smh I will never return not to mention employees raising they voice at customer smh this is not a good look for black folks wow I was so shocked to get treat like that all I wanted was some nuggets fresh these young people have completely failed us how terrible thank God I'm not in my fighting stages how I used to be or they would be dragged all on the floor move that entire MacDonald across the street ugh...fire them all and get a staff who are nice and appreciate the job

RAW hamburger meat. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. Took a bite and the texture seemed off. Looked and saw raw hamburger. I was already home when I opened my food and not worth the drive back.

i truthfully never complain about fast food places, i understand no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. BUT. when i order something i expect to at least get it or something similar. i ordered a chicken biscuit, got a sausage egg and cheese muffin. AND i got an iced coffee. paid for it. and they were “out” of it. horrible experience. do better.

Waited at them counter for 10 minutes, staff looked at me, spoke with other customers, but never acknowledge I was there and I'm saying it's for not other reason than I was the only Caucasian person in the store. They should be ashamed,but owbership/management will defend their right to discrimination.

I ordered 2 bundles through the app. Went to the drive thru, was given my receipt, and was asked to pull ahead to the designated parking spots. I waited 28 minutes and watched over 12 other cars pull through before going inside to check on the order. Once inside, I waited 6 more minutes to be waited on, and an additional 15 for my order to be filled. Total wait time of 49 minutes for 60 nuggets, 2 burgers, and 4 large fries. Upon leaving, we even discovered there were only 2 large fries and 2 medium in the bag. Zero customer service, did not get my order correct, and waited as long as it would've taken me to cook at home. 0/10, do not go here.

They get orders mixed up VERY easily. It’s insane how many times I’ve gone here in the past year, and I have gotten mixed up orders more than getting my order correct.I usually notice it’s the wrong order and sort things out with them. They are usually kind and considerate when you order, but their mood does a 180 when you mention you got your order mixed up.I understand the frustration they would get with mixing up orders, but don’t take it out of customers by being passive aggressive…
