The food was absolutely disgusting the shrimp were steamed with no flavour the fillet was like beef jerky and we ordered rare. we ordered a sushi roll that consisted Of frozen fried shrimp wrapped in rice. The worst $63 I have ever spent I would’ve been better off, going and buying gas stations sushi.

I was disgusted in this place.used to love it before but this time was horrible and it was 53 bucks for 3 plates.the shrimp was spongy and the steak was so hard i couldnt chew it.no flavor at all either.ill buy from another place next time.tried to give my family a nice treat and it backfired on

Wait time for drive through was 30 minutes. I ordered sushi, so I was expecting it to take a little longer. When they finally brought my food out, I politely ask if I could get a cup of teriyaki sauce. The young man was rude and snapped at me that I had to go get back in line and ask for it at the window. Really?? You’re coming from the kitchen!!! I’m not waiting another 30 minutes for freaking sauce!! This was the first visit to this location in quite a while, and I don’t know if I’ll ever come back after this. Shogun has better quality food and nicer employees. I was just looking for fast food….. my mistake!

Been eating here since 2015 this place has seriously declined since. Called in today and the customer service is terrible and the food quality is subpar lately. They need new management.
