Worked here for 3 and a half weeks and haven’t been paid the correct amount from the Statesboro locations manager threatened to “cut my hours because I didn’t listen”. Needless to say I didn’t have to tolerate or listen to bashing and racism that followed. Yes I said it, also job intimidation, threats from the bosses son about a parking issue. He cussed me out (Richie-bare handed sushi maker) (son of the boss) and his father”Mr. T” Or Sal as that’s his legal name. Anyways serving over 500 people a day the food is great but the management and all the family they have working there is blurring professional lines and I witnessed one of the higher up either owners franchise or Sal’s boss was just in the office attempting to solve this all in a meeting. They got no where and with absolute and utter disregard for employment laws and my rights as an individual,that was born in America. And therefore I am free to leave a job like this if I needed to. So I found a better job and will never eat here again.

My wife is gluten free and no one could tell us what had gluten and what did not. I had the hibachi steak and shrimp with a side of chicken. The portions were small and the food was very underwhelming.Dietary restrictions: Staff is clueless on food allergens.

A friend and I stopped in Seasons of Japan today for the first time to grab some Japanese food to go. We were helped by a kind cashier, whose first day was today. Before I even left the cashier my food was ready. The kind interactions at the counter made us want to stay awhile and eat inside. There needs to be more service like this in the world!! The food was 10/10, our cashier/service was amazing, and the dining area was cleanly. Thanks for a great lunch!

Very good for lunch time but if you're thinking of getting it later in the day (like 8 o'clock) they tend run out of shrimp, chicken, and/or sushi. Otherwise they have great food.

This low review is because they never refunded me for their error in double charging me for an order. On 11-28-23 I paid for my order and the POS system froze up. The manager reset it and a day later when I checked I saw where they double charged me. I went to the manager and he tried to fix it with a free order which aggravated me as I told him specifically I wanted a refund. The food there is not worth $53 I was charged total. He told me that someone would contact me and let me know it would be resolved after giving him all my details, and it’s been over a week and still no call or refund. I will not be going here ever again.

Good sushi but overpriced given that it's fast Japanese food and the ingredients they use. I wish I could give them 4 stars for their sushi and 2 stars for the hibachi. The hibachi is not as good as the sushi. Ordered the steak rare and they gave me well done steak. The fried rice doesn't have egg in it

Placed a Grubhub order for 8:15 PM showed up at 8:45 PM 15 minutes before they closed and watched them locked the door in front of my face. Continue to wait outside for five minutes as the workers pretended like I wasn't there. Then an attendant finally comes to speak to me and tells me he has no clue what I'm talking about when I talk to him about my order. Have used Grubhub here with no issues in the past. Hope you guys enjoy my dinner.
The food is VERY bland. If I didn't use shrimp sauce, there would be no flavor or taste. Do not waste your money.

Ordered the large shrimp bowl for carryout. Food was expected. Not great but not bad either. However they generally fulfill the orders relatively quickly. You always know what to expect every time you eat there.

Delicious, easy way to get your favorite Japanese food during the week or weekend. I love that you can see them actually cooking and making sushi. They stay pretty busy, so expect a small wait while they cook your food.
