Very disappointed In the food. Ordered the 2 meats plate with ribs and wings. First the entire meal was extremely bland and tasteless. The ribs where tough and overcooked. If you like tough oven baked ribs without a lick of smoke flavor this is the place for you.I was wondering why there was only 2 customers in the restaurant at 1pm and now I know why. Come on Shane's rib shack you can definitely do better.

We got a rack of ribs and sides takeout. The ribs were delicious, but a bit past their prime but it was the last one. We wanted some smoked wings too, but they were out. We were there shortly after 1:00 in the afternoon. What are they got to do for the remainder of the day? They may be in trouble when Jim 'n' Nick's opens up. The staff were very nice.

The okra was fried too hard, the potato salad was very bland. The lemon pepper chicken tender was delicious and the baby back ribs were good. The peach cobbler was delicious.

This lazy girls at the counter think the DoorDash driver should be preparing the customer drinks. The driver showed up with empty cups and explained it's in their contract to have food and drinks ready for pickup, drivers aren't there to prepare food and drinks and then deliver it. It's also a matter of food safety handling, do you want your DoorDash driver preparing your drinks without washing their hands???? Makes you wonder what other food safety regulations they'll avoid because they're lazy??? Sure seems like laziness takes priority over proper food handling, eat here at your own risk!

Terrible! I spent $20 on a burger meal and could not even eat it. First of all, it took us over 20 minutes to get our food and a family of 5 was served first and they arrived after the two of us. Brannen waited on us and was very friendly, trying to explain that they were making our burgers fresh to order. Well, they left it on Cook a little too long. The burgers were charred and tasted like soot! The pulled porked was so burnt and dry that you couldn't even chew it. So I basically paid $20 for a cherry coke and some fries that were mediocre. Also, they had the busted speaker on full blast and it was painful sitting in there trying to eat. I won't be back, ewwwww!!!
